«Փաստ». Մոսկվա կատարած առաջին աշխատանքային այցը հարթ չի անցել

«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնում Արա Այվազյանի նշանակումը շատերի, մեղմ ասած, տարակուսանքին ու քննադատությանն արժանացավ. մեծամասնության կարծիքով, նշանակվել է դիվանագիտական կորպուսի ամենաթույլ կադրերից մեկը:

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, համակարգում վստահ են, որ Այվազյանը, բացի լավ դեսպան լինելուց, որեւէ այլ քաղաքական, բովանդակային, որակական, մտավոր պոտենցիալ չի դրսեւորել, առավել եւս, բացարձակ անծանոթ է արցախյան բանակցային գործընթացին:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Արա Այվազյանի՝ Մոսկվա կատարած առաջին աշխատանքային այցը հարթ չի անցել: ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ նորանշանակ նախարարը շահագրգռված է եղել ոչ միայն ու ոչ այնքան Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված դրամատիկ զարգացումներում հանգուցալուծումներ գտնելու հարցում, որքան Ռուսաստանի իշխանական շրջանակներում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իմիջի վերականգնման աշխատանքներում, մասնավորաբար համոզելու, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո ստեղծված վիճակում միայն Փաշինյանը կարող է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների երաշխավոր լինել:

Սա, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, պարզապես քմծիծաղով է ընդունվել ռուս գործընկերների կողմից: Ի դեպ, ռուսական մեր աղբյուրները տեղեկացնում են, որ նորանշանակ ԱԳ նախարարն արդեն հասցրել է մականուն ձեռք բերել. նրան սկսել են կոչել «Պետրուշկա»: Ցավոք, մեզ չհաջողվեց պարզել, թե այդ մականունն ինչ իմաստ ունի ու ինչի հետ է կապվում՝ կոնկրետ կանաչու տեսակի՞, թե՞ ռուսական հեքիաթների մոտիվների»:
