Դուբայում Փաշինյանին փոխանցվել է 7 շրջանները $5 մլրդ-ի դիմաց հանձնելու առաջարկ. Մինասյանի սենսացիոն բացահայտումը (վիդեո)

Դուբայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցչին փոխանցվել է Արցախի 7 շրջանները 5 միլիարդի դիմաց հանձելու առաջարկ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան «Ռեքվիեմ» շարքի երկրորդ մասում ասել է Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը։

«Ամենատարածված հարցը, որ կա՝ արդյոք այն առաջարկը, որ ժամանակին մերժեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը, առաջարկվե՞ց նաեւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Ես ստացել եմ հազարավոր հարցեր, եւ այսօր ես ձեզ վստահորեն ասում եմ՝ այո, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին արվել է այդ առաջարկը։ 2018թ․ հոկտեմբերին, ԱՄԷ Դուբայ քաղաքի 5 աստղանի հյուրանոցի նախասրահում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչը ստացել է Ադրբեջանի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայից, որը ներկայացնելով Իլհամ Ալիեւի անձը, Փաշինյանի համար փոխանցել է գաղտնի նամակ։ Այդ նամակի բովանդակակությունը հետեւյալն էր․  Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը պատրաստ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին տրամադրել եվրոպական մաքուր հիմնադրամների միջոցով, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ չեն ասոցացվում Ադրբեջանի հետ, 5 միլիարդ ամերիկյան դոլար։ 5 մլրդ դոլար՝ 7 շրջանի (5+2) համար։ Փաշինյանն այդ առաջարկը ստացել է 2018-ի հոկտեմբերին։ Այդ գաղտնի տեղեկության մասին գիտեն Ալիեւը, իր սուրհանդակը, Փաշինյանի ներկայացուցիչը, Նիկոլը եւ Աննա Հակոբյանը։ Հիմա նաեւ՝ մենք բոլորս։

Ես դրա մասին իմացել եմ պատերազմի կեսերին, երբ ես անկեղծորեն փորձում էիհասկանալ, թե ինչո՞ւ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնում Արցախը։ Այդ մասին տեղեկացել են նաեւ Հայաստանի ԶՈւ գործող բարձրաստիճան սպաներ։ Եվ ես գիտեմ, որ եղել է փոքր ժողով, որտեղ այն բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան, որը ստացել է նամակը, ասել է, որ տեղի է ունեցել պետական դավաճանություն։ Դուք ինձ կհարցնեք, թե արդյոք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համաձայնե՞լ է այդ առաջարկին։ Անկեղծորեն ես չգիտեմ՝ ինչ է պատասխանել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, բայց բոլորս գիտենք՝ ինչ է արել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Եվ ես կարող եմ վստահորեն պնդել,  հիմա արդեն վերաիմաստավորելով պատերազմի 44 օրը. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Աննա Հակոբյանն ընդունել են Իլհամ Ալիեւի առաջարկը եւ վաճառել են հայրենիքը, դավաճանել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանն ու Արցախի Հանրապետությանը։ Նրանք հայ ժողովրդի թշնամիներն ու դավաճաններ են։  Կոչ եմ անում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, խնդրում եմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ հաստատել կամ հերքել, ասա, որ Միքայել Մինասյանը սուտ է խոսում։ Բայց հերքելուց առաջ հիշիր, որ կան մարդիկ, որոնք գիտեն, կան մարդիկ, որոնք ստացել են, կան մարդիկ, որոնք փոխանցել են եւ կան մարդիկ, որոնք ունեն նամակի բովանդակությունը»,– ասաց Միքայել Մինասյանը։
