Դուբայում Ալիևի սուրհանդակը հանդիպել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկայացուցչին ու փոխանցել գաղտնի նամակ՝ 5 մլրդ դոլար Արցախի 7 շրջանի դիմաց առաջարկով, որին Փաշինյանը համաձայնել է. Միքայել Մինասյան (տեսանյութ)

Ես այսօր ձեզ տալու եմ բանալին, որպեսզի դուք հասկանաք, թե ոնց և ինչպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Աննա Հակոբյանը վաճառեցին մեր հայրենիքը, թե ինչպես դավաճանեցին մի ամբողջ ժողովրդի:

Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հրապարակած «Ռեքվիեմ2» տեսանյութում ասաց Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը:

«Ես միտումնավոր չեմ պատմել և չեմ արել ոչ մի բացահայտում, բայց ձեզ այսօր կտամ բանալին, որպեսզի դուք  հասկանաք, թե ոնց և ինչպես այդ ամենը տեղի ունեցավ, որովհետև  ամենատարածված հարցը, որը կա, թե արդյոք այն առաջարկը, որը ժամանակին մերժել էր Սերժ Սարգսյանը, արվել է նաև Նիկոլ ՓաշինյանիՆ: Ես  բառացիորեն հազարավոր հարցեր եմ ստացել և վստահորեն ասում եմ՝ այո, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին արվել է այդ առաջարկը:

2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների Դուբայ քաղաքում, 5 աստղանի հյուրանոցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչը ստացել է Ադրբեջանի կառավարության  բարձրաստիճան մի անձից, պաշտոնյայից, որը ներկայացնելով Իլհամ ԱԼիևի անձը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար գաղտնի նամակ է փոխանցել: Գաղտնի նամակի պարունակությունը հետևյալն էր. «Մենք՝ Ադրբեջանը, պատրաստ ենք տրամադրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին եվրոպական մաքուր հիմնադրամների միջոցով, որոնք ոչ մի ձևով չեն ասոցացվելու Ադրբեջանի հետ, 5 մլրդ դոլար՝ Արցախի յոթ շրջանի համար: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այդ առաջարկը ստացել է 2018-ի հոկտեմբերին: Այդ առաջարկը եղել է գաղտնի, և դրա մասին  գիտեն Իլհամ Ալիևը, իր սուրհանդակը, այն անձը, որը ստացել է այդ առաջարկը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Աննա Հակոբյանը, ու մենք բոլորս: Ես այդ մասին իմացել եմ պատերազմի կեսերին, երբ ես փորձում  էի անկեղծ հասկանալ, թե ինչու է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնում Արցախը»,-ասաց Միքայել Մինասյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հանկարծակի է իմացել այդ նամակի մասին, այդ նամակի մասին գիտեն արդեն ՀՀ-ում գործող բարձրաստիճան սպաները: Մինասյանը հայտնեց, որ տեղյակ է փոքր ժողովի մասին, որտեղ նամակը ստացած անձը նաև պատմել է սպաներին, որ եղել է պետական դավաճանություն:

«Դուք ինձ կհարցնեք՝ ինչ պատասխանեց Նիկոլն այդ հարցին, արդյոք համաձայնել է 5 մլրդ դոլարով  վաճառել մեր հայրենիքը, ասեմ, որ ես անկեղծ չգիտեմ, թե ինչ է պատասխանել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, բայց մենք բոլորս գիտենք, թե ինչ է արել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և ես կարող եմ վստահորեն պնդել, որ տեսնելով, հիմա արդեն վերաիմաստավորելով անցած 44 օրը, ես վստահ եմ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Աննա Հակոբյանը ընդունել են Ալիևի առաջարկը և դավաճանել են Արցախի Հանրապետությանն ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, նրանք հայ ժողովրդի թշնամիներն են»,-ասաց Մինասյանը:

Նա կոչ արեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հաստատել կամ հերքել իր պատմածը, ասի, որ Միքայել Մինասյանը սուտ է խոսում, ասի՝ չի եղել նման նամակ.«Բայց հերքելուց առաջ հիշի, որ կան մարդիկ, որոնք գիտեն, կան մարդիկ, որոնք ստացել են, կան մարդիկ , որոնք փոխանցել են, և կան մարդիկ, որոնք նաև գիտեն նամակի պարունակությունը:
