Արցախի բնակիչների համար դեկտեմբերի 10-ը մարդու իրավունքների եռատոն է․ Արտակ Բեգլարյան

ԱՀ ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հետևյալ գրառումն է արել․

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Դեկտեմբերի 10-ին աշխարհը տոնում է մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային օրը, իսկ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը՝ նաև անկախության ու սահմանադրական հանրաքվեների օրերը: Դա նշանակում է, որ Արցախի բնակիչների համար դեկտեմբերի 10-ը մարդու իրավունքների եռատոն է՝ հենված համամարդկային ու ազգային արժեհամակարգի ու երազանքների վրա:

2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 10-ը Արցախը դիմավորում է ծանրագույն մարտահրավերների առկայության պայմաններում՝ ուղղված նաև մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության դեմ: 44 օր շարունակ աշխարհը փաստացի միջազգային անտարբերության ու անգործության պայմաններում ականատես եղավ ադրբեջանա-թուրքական զինված ուժերի եւ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների կողմից Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության եւ զինծառայողների իրավունքների զանգվածային ու կոպիտ ոտնահարումներին: 44 օր շարունակ յուրաքանչյուր օր միջազգային հանրության անտարբերության եւ թողտվության հետեւանքով մարում էր հայ ժողովրդի հավատը՝ մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանրության եւ հավասարության նկատմամբ: 44 օր շարունակ հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության ու իրավունքների միակ երաշխավորը հայ զինվորն էր, այլ ոչ թե մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանրություն հռչակող միջազգային հանրությունը:

Եւ չնայած կրած մեծագույն մարդկային ու տարածքային կորուստների՝ Արցախը շարունակելու է պայքարը իր իրավունքների ճանաչման եւ պաշտպանության համար: Պայքարը դրսեւորվելու է նախեւառաջ հայկական պետականության սահմանների, թիկունքի ու ինստիտուտների ամրացմամբ: Մենք շարունակելու ենք պայքարը մեր երեխաների մեջ սեփական ներուժի ու մարդու իրավունքների նկատմամբ հավատ եւ հարգանք սերմանելու միջոցով: Արցախը պայքարը շարունակելու է միջազգային հանրությանը իրականությունը ներկայացնելու, աչքերը բացելու եւ գործողությունների մղելու միջոցով:

Մենք ուղղակի պարտավոր ենք շարունակել մեր պայքարը հանուն մեր իսկ իրավունքների ու ազատությունների, հանուն մեր արժանապատիվ կյանքի և հանուն մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանրության իրական ապահովման ողջ աշխարհում: Եվ մեր ջանքերը պետք է ուղղված լինեն առաջին հերթին մեր պետության ներսում և բոլորիս կողքին ու մեջ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության բարձր մշակույթի արմատավորմանն ու պահպանմանը, ինչն անհրաժեշտ պայման է Արցախի անկախության ու սահմանադրական կարգի հիմնարար արժեքների ու սկզբունքների պատշաճ իրացման համար:
