Ազդեցիկ հայ գործարարների «մեսիջը». քաղաքական քարտեզը՝ վերաձևման շեմին․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Վերջին օրերին հայկական լրահոսի ամենաքննարկված թեմաներից են, թերևս, աշխարհի տարբեր կենտրոններում բնակվող ազդեցիկ հայերի ուղերձները՝ ուղղված վարչապետ Փաշինյանին՝ հեռանալու կոչերով: Հայաստանում մշտապես կարևորվում է աշխարհի ազդեցիկ հայերի դիրքորոշումը, որովհետև ավանդաբար հենց նրանք են եղել երկրում ներդրումների ապահովման լոկոմոտիվները և արտաքին քաղաքական էլիտայի և հայկական պետականության միջև յուրօրինակ «կամուրջը»: Գրեթե միաժամանակ կառավարության անհապաղ հրաժարականը պահանջելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններ տարածեցին Սամվել Կարապետյանը, Արտակ Թովմասյանը և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

Կարապետյանն ու Թովմասյանն, օրինակ՝ պատերազմական օրերին լայնածավալ աջակցություն ցուցաբերեցին հայկական պետությանը, որի փակագծերը չեն ցանկանում բացել՝ ըստ ամենայնի, որոշակի պետական գաղտնիք պարունակելու պատճառով, իսկ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը պատերազմի օրերին աչքի ընկավ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ուղղված բազմաբովանդակ կոչով, որը, ցավոք սրտի, ոչ մի հետևանք չունեցավ: Այնուամենայնիվ, ըստ տեղեկությունների, Վարդանյանը ևս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի ջատագովներից է: Այսքանով, իհարկե, այս գործիչները չսահմանափակվեցին, քանի որ ակնհայտ էր, որ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը տապալվել է ոչ միայն ռազմական և դիվանագիտական ճակատներում, այլև վտանգի տակ է հայկական պետության գոյությունն ընդհանրապես: Սամվել Կարապետյանն, օրինակ՝ այս օրերին ընդլայնել է իր հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակը և, ըստ էության, քաղաքական ակտիվության հայտ է ներկայացնում:

Կարապետյանը, ըստ տեղեկությունների, Մոսկվայում հանդիպել է Վազգեն Մանուկյանին, Իշխան Սաղաթել յանին և այլոց, ինչը ցույց է տալիս, որ նա ցանկություն ունի Հայաստանում որոշակի դերակատարություն ստանձնել ոչ թե միջնորդավորված, այլ հենց սեփական օրակարգով: Առավել ակտիվ դերակատարություն ստանձնեց Արտակ Թովմասյանը, որը, հաշվի առնելով իրադրության ողջ լրջությունը և տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների վրա ազդելու կարևորությունը, «կապիտուլ յացիայի ակտ» անունը ստացած հայտնի հայտարարությունից անմիջապես հետո հանդես եկավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության հրաժարականի պահանջով, այնուհետև հայտարարեց նոր քաղաքական ուժ ձևավորելու մտադրության մասին: Ըստ էության, այս ուժը կարող է դառնալ առանցք, որի շուրջ կարող են միավորվել արտերկրի՝ օրեցօր ակտիվացող ազդեցիկ հայերը: Փաստ է, որ արտերկրի հայ գործարարները մեծ մասնաբաժին ունեն երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման գործում։

Հրաժարականի այսպիսի աննախադեպ համընդհանուր պահանջը մեկ բան է հուշում. նրանք այլևս չեն պատրաստվում Հայաստանի համար սոսկ դոնորի դեր կատարել և որոշել են լուրջ պատասխանատվություն վերցնել երկրի ապագայի հանդեպ: Սա է, ըստ էության, վերջին շրջանում արված այդ հայտարարությունների գլխավոր «մեսիջը»: Այս ամենի մեջ մեր «հանրային» շահը, ըստ էության, կարող է լինել այն, որ վստահության լուրջ դեֆիցիտ ունեցող ներհայաստանյան ուժերի ֆոնին առաջիկայում քաղաքական քարտեզը նոր և թարմ գունավորումներ կարող է ստանալ:
