Զինվորների կյանքը փրկել է ոչ թե դավադիր վարչապետը, այլ ՌԴ նախագահը․ Արա Վարդանյան

Արա Վարդանյանը գրում է․

«Հերթական կեղծիքը Դավադիր ամուսիններին և նրանց հանցակիցներին արդարացնելու նպատակով տարածված միակ փաստարկը կեղծիք է և սուտ: Այն հետևյալն է` «...եթե հայտարարությունը հայկական կողմը չստորագրեր, և պատերազմը չդադարեր, ապա մեր զինվորները կշարունակեին զոհվել, և հետևաբար` ապրի վարչապետը...»: Արցախում ողջ մնացած բոլոր զինվորականների հարգարժան հարազատներին ու ծնողներին պետք է անհապաղ տեղեկացնել, որ իրենք հերթական անգամ խաբված են, և հավատացել են դավադիրների հորինած հերթական ստին ու կեղծիքին: Իրողությունը լրիվ այլ է: Փաստերը հակառակն են ապացուցում: Իսկ փաստերը հետևյալն են: Դավադիր ամուսինները և իրենց հանցակիցները երբեք չեն ցանկացել կանգնեցնել պատերազմը` երբեք, և ոչ մի դեպքում: Պատերազմի երկրորդ օրվանից սկսած պարզ դարձավ, որ Արցախի պաշտպանության հիմնական համակարգերը շարքից դուրս են եկել (թե ինչու, և ինչպես` առանձին քննության հարց է), և ամեն ինչ արվում է պատերազմը տանուլ տալու համար: Այդ ընթացքում պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու Ռուսաստանի բոլոր ջանքերն ու առաջարկները հայկական կողմից փաստացի մերժվեցին:

Պատճառը պարզ է. Դավադիր ամուսինները և իրենց հանցակիցները ամեն ինչ անում էին, որպեսզի թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը գրավեր Ստեփանակերտը և ամբողջ Արցախը` բնականաբար այդ ընթացքում տալով տասնյակ հազարավոր նոր զոհեր: Ռուսաստանի նախագահը, տեսնելով և համոզվելով, որ այդպիսի հրեշավոր պլան է իրագործվում, մանավանդ Շուշին դավադրաբար հանձնելուց հետո, օգտագործելով իր ազդեցությունը` անմիջապես կանգնեցրել է պատերազմը, և ստիպել է, որպեսզի կողմերը ստորագրեն հայտարարություն: Պարզագույն ու պարզունակ տրամաբանությունը հաստատում է, որ մեր զինվորականների կյանքը փրկել է այն, որ Ռուսաստանի համար անընդունելի էր Արցախի ամբողջական գրավումը թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից:

Հետևաբար` Ռուսաստանը գործադրելով իր ազդեցությունը` կանգնեցրեց պատերազմը: Այնպես որ, մեր հարգելի հայրենակիցներին պետք է տեղեկացնել, որ իրենց որդիների, եղբայրների և ամուսինների կյանքը փրկել է ոչ թե դավադիր վարչապետը, այլ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահը` ելնելով նաև Ռուսաստանի շահերից: Իսկ դավադիր ամուսինները լրիվ այլ նպատակ են ունեցել` հանձնել Արցախն ամբողջությամբ և զոհաբերել այնտեղ ծառայող բացառապես բոլոր զինվորականներին: Դրանից անմիջապես հետո իրենք հրահրելու էին հակառուսական ցույցեր և ստիպելու էին ռուսական կողմին դուրս հանել ռազմաբազան։ Հակառակ դեպքում` պատերազմը դադարեցնելու Ռուսաստանի կողմից մինչ այդ արված բազմաթիվ առաջարկները կընդունվեին, պատերազմը կավարտվեր շատ ավելի շուտ և այդքան զոհեր ու վիրավորներ չէինք ունենա: Եվ սա` այլևս փաստ է... Հ.Գ. Կասկած չունեմ, որ շատ շուտով վերը նշվածը կապացուցվի նաև քննությամբ և ի հայտ եկող տարբեր փաստերով...»։
