Դավիթ Տոնոյանը վստահեցնում էր, որ եթե պատերազմ սկսվի, «ՍՈՒ»-երով հողին են հավասարեցնելու թշնամուն. Մարուքյան

Հունվարին «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության կազմակերպած փակ քննարկման ժամանակ  վարչապետը, պաշտպանության նախարարը եւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարը վստահեցրել են, որ պատերազմի վտանգ Հայաստանին չի սպառնում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, Ազգային ժողովում «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախաձեռնած «Ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու գործողությունների ծրագրի որոշման մասին» հայտարարության նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության եւ խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյան՝ պատասխանելով ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանի այն հարցին, թե նախորդող ամիսների ընթացքում պաշտպանության եւ արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարարները ներկայացրե՞լ են իրական վիճակը եւ ռիսկերը, թե ոչ:

«Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ 2020 թվականին շատ էին խոսակցությունները, որ պատերազմ է լինելու։ 2020 թվականին «Լուսավոր Հայաստանը» սկսեց անվտանգության սեկտորի մոնիթորինգի նախաձեռնությամբ։ Հունվարին փակ ռեժիմով խմբակցություն են հրավիրվել պաշտպանության նախարարը, ԱԱԾ տնօրենը, ԱԽ քարտուղարը, ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը, եւ եթե հիշում եք այդ ժամանակ Իրանում սպանվեց հայտնի գեներալը՝ Սոլեյմանին։ Պաշտպանության նախարարին տրված հարցերից մեկը եղել է ՍՈՒ-երի հարցը, թե արդյոք ճի՞շտ գնում էր այն, թե ոչ: Եվ մեզ այնպիսի պատասխաներ տվեց պաշտպանության նախարարը, որ մենք ամաչեցինք՝ ինչու ենք նման հարց բարձրացրել: Ասաց՝ այդքան ճիշտ ու դիպուկ գնում է իրականացվել, որ եթե հանկարծ, Աստված մի արասցե, պատերազմ սկսվի, հողին են հավասարեցնելու թշնամուն։ ՊՆ նախարարի զեկույցը դրա մասին է եղել։ Նույնը նաեւ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարը, որ մենք ամեն ինչ գիտենք, այս համակարգերը չեն եղել, նոր ենք ստեղծում։ Նաեւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարին ես հրավիրել եմ խմբակցություն, Լավրովը նոր էր վիճահարույց հայտարարություններ արել, եւ այդ ժամանակ նա մինչեւ վերջ հավաստիացրեց ոչ ամեն ինչ լավ է, անհանգստանալու բան չկա, ամեն ինչ վերահսկողության տակ է։ Նույնն ասել է վարչապետը դրա հաջորդ օրը՝ հրավիրված փակ խոսակցության ժամանակ»,- ասաց Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։

 Միքայել Մելքումյանի այն հարցին ի պատասխան, թե ապագայում հնարավո՞ր է, որ պատերազմական նոր ռիսկեր առաջանան, Էդմոն Մարուքյանը պատասխանեց, որ Վարչապետն օր առաջ պետք է փոխվի, որպեսզի կառավարության նկատմամբ վստահությունը վերականգնվի։

 «Դրան է միտված մեր շտապողականությունը հանգուցալուծում գտնելու համար։ Եթե օր առաջ երկրի վարչապետը փոխվի վստահությունը կվերականգնվի կառավարության նկատմամբ, պետական ինստիտուները կվերականգնեն իրենց ամենօրյա բնականոն գործունեությունը։ Եվ երբ ադրբեջանցիները կգան, կասեն` ըստ GPS-ի, մենք այստեղ պետք է կանգնենք, այնտեղ իրենց կդիմավորեն մեր պետական մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները։ Եվ ոչ թե կդիմավորեն գյուղապետերը, փառք իրենց, կամ մեր զինված կամավորները, էլի փառք իրենց», - նշեց Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։
