Սինգապուրը լիցենզիա է տրամադրել թվային բանկերի բացման համար

Սինգապուրի դրամավարկային վարչությունը լիցենզիա է տրամադրել թվային չորս բանկերի բացման համար, որոնք կկարողանան սկսել օպերացիոն գործունեությունը 2022 թվականից: Այս մասին շաբաթ հաղորդել է The Straits Times-ը:

«Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ դրանք հաջողությամբ կգործեն` ավանդական բանկերին հավասար: Հուսով ենք, որ դա կբարելավի մատուցվող ֆինանսական ծառայությունների որակն ինչպես ֆիզիկական, այնպես էլ իրավաբանական անձանց համար»,- նշել է Կենտրոնական բանկի գործառույթները կատարող վարչության ղեկավար Ռավի Մենոնը:

Մասնավորապես, իշխանությունները հավանություն են տվել Grab մասնավոր փոխադրումների ընկերության եւ Singtel հեռահաղորդակցական կորպորացիայի համատեղ հայտին: Բացի այդ, թվային բանկեր բացելու իրավունք են ստացել նաեւ տեղական տեխնոլոգիական Sea ընկերությունը, չինական գործարար Ջեկ Մային պատկանող Ant Group ֆինանսական եւ տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունը, ինչպես նաեւ երեք ընկերություններից բաղկացած կոնսորցիումը: Ներկայացվել էր ընդհանուր ավելի քան 20 հայտ, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Ինչպես նշվում է գերատեսչության հայտարարության մեջ, թվային բանկերը կկարողանան մատուցել այն նույն ծառայությունները, ինչ սովորական բանկերը, այդ թվում` հաշիվների բացում, բանկային քարտերի թողարկում եւ վարկերի տրամադրում, սակայն դրանք հաճախորդների գրասենյակներ չեն ունենա:
