Ինչ որոշումների մասին է հայտնել Պուտինը Փաշինյանին ու Քոչարյանին

Հայաստանի բանակը ստացել է լրջագույն հարված, կորուստը մեծ է եւ այն վերականգնելու համար մեր ռեսուրսը չի կարող բավարար լինել, հայտարարել է երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ասել է, որ բանակի վերականգնման հարցում չենք կարող ունենալ այլ գործընկեր, քան Ռուսաստանը, պետք է գտնել ՌԴ հետ ինտեգրացիայի խորացման նոր ձեւաչափեր, բանակը վերականգնելու համար:

Ի՞նչ ձեւաչափ է պատկերացնում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ինքը, արդյոք «միութենական պետության» տրամաբանությամբ, որից հետո Ռուսաստանը հայկական բանակը կդիտարկի արդեն իր մի պայմանական «կորպուս», կամ Հարավային ռազմական օկրուգի մաս: Ունի՞ նա այլ տարբերակներ կամ առաջարկներ, թե Հայաստանում ներքաղաքական դիմակայության համատեքստում հայտնում է իր պատրաստակամությունը ինտեգրացիայի ռուսական գաղափարներին ընդառաջելու հարցում:

 
 

Պուտինը ՀԱՊԿ ղեկավարներին կոչ է արել աջակցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ խաղաղ կյանքի կարգավորման եւ որոշումների հետագա իրագործման համար: Իսկ թե ինչ որոշումների մասին է խոսքը, մնում է բաց: Ակնհայտորեն, խոսքը լոկ նոյեմբերի 9-ի թղթի վրա եղած որոշումների մասին չէ: Առավել եւս, որ եղած որոշումները Հայաստանն արդեն կատարել է, իսկ մնացյալն իրականացնելու գործում Հայաստանում ընդդիմադիր ուժերն արդեն հայտնել են իրենց անսասան պատրաստակամությունը:

Հետեւաբար կան այլ որոշումներ: Առավել եւս, որ մամուլում արդեն հրապարակումներ են եղել, թե նույնիսկ Փաշինյանի Իմ քայլը մեծամասնության շատ անդամներ մտավախություն ունեն, որ հաջորդ փուլում դրված է Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան միասնական պետության գաղափարը: Դա՞ նկատի ունի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը ՌԴ հետ «ինտեգրացիայի նոր ձեւաչափերի տակ»:
