«Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի բանակցային գործընթացի մասին ով խոսի, դու պետք է լռես, Նիկո՛լ Փաշինյան». ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակ

Պատմությունը գրվում է փաստերով: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակը:

Ստուեր ներկայացնում ենք Գրասենյակի անդրադարձը.

«Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի բանակցային գործընթացի մասին ով խոսի, դու պետք է լռես, Նիկո՛լ Փաշինյան: Քո իմացած բանակցային պատմությունը՝ բնորոշածդ «կիրթ» ու «կառուցողական» Ալիևից լսածդ է, որին այնքան էիր հավատում, որ ավելորդ էիր համարում այդ գործընթացի մասին հանգամանորեն տեղեկանալ քո պետության՝ բանակցություններ վարած նախկին բոլոր ղեկավարներից:

Նշանակում է՝ մեր թշնամուն անվերապահորեն վստահում էիր, իսկ քո քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին՝ ոչ: Հենց այդ պատճառով մինչև հիմա չես հասկացել բանակցային գործընթացի իմաստն ու նպատակը:

Իսկ երբ բանակցային պատմությունը բացառապես իր երկրի շահերից բխող նրբերանգներով ականջիդ շշնջացող թշնամին քո հայրենադավությունից հետո, եթերում դիմելով քեզ, մի ամբողջ օր ամենավերջին ստորացումների էր ենթարկում, ծիծաղում վրադ և ծաղրում, ծպտունդ անգամ դուրս չեկավ:

Արժանապատվություն ունեցող ցանկացած հայի համար, աշխարհի որ ծայրում էլ լիներ, դա մեծագույն անարգանք էր ու ամոթ, բայց ոչ քեզ համար:

Դու պատրաստ ես միայն հարձակվել քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներիդ վրա, իսկ հայ ժողովրդի թշնամու առջև՝ ծնկի գալ:

Դու կարող ես անամոթաբար ստել ու նենգափոխել պատմությունը, վախկոտին բնորոշ ձևով պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու համար մանիպուլյատիվ հնարքներով ամեն ինչ հարմարեցնել խայտառակ պարտությունդ քողարկելու մտադրությանդ:

Անցած երկուսուկես տարում Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի լուծումը տարել ես բացառապես հող տալ կամ չտալու ուղղությամբ, մինչդեռ քեզնից առաջ բանակցություններ են վարվել Արցախը փոխզիջումների միջոցով Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս բերելու նպատակով:

ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահը այս և շատ ու շատ այլ հարցերի հանգամանորեն դեռ կանդրադառնա:

Այլևս փաստ է, որ պատմության մեջ նորանկախ Հայաստանի նախկին բոլոր իշխանությունները հիշատակվելու են որպես Հայրենիքը արժանապատվորեն պաշտպանած, հաղթանակած և հողեր ազատագրած իշխանություններ, իսկ դու՝ հանուն աթոռիդ պատերազմում անարժանապատվորեն պարտված, Արցախի հողերը հանձնած, բանակցություններ վարելու անընդունակ, Արցախի և Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը լրջագույն հարվածի տակ դրած վախկոտ և ժողովրդի կողմից դավաճանի խարանը ճակատին դրոշմված ղեկավար:
