«Վտանգված է Սյունիքը». Քաջարանի քաղաքապետն ու ավագանու անդամները պահանջելում են վարչապետի հրաժարականը

Քաջարանի քաղաքապետն ու ավագանու անդամները հանդես են եկել կոչով՝ պահանջելով վարչապետի ու կառավարության հրաժարականը:

Կոչը հրապարակվել է Քաջարանի համայնքապետարանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում, որտեղ ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Հայաստանն ու Արցախը կանգնած են արհավիրքի առաջ, երկիրն աղետի շեմին է, վտանգված է Սյունիքը։ Պատերազմի առաջին օրերից Սյունիքը միասնական կերպով արժանապատիվ կռիվ է տվել ինչպես ճակատում, այնպես էլ՝ թիկունքում։ Այսօր եւս բոլոր համայնքները լուծում են լրջագույն խնդիրներ, որոնց մասին խոսելու առիթներ դեռ կլինեն։ Սյունիքի համար ճակատագրական այս օրերին բազմաթիվ հարցեր շարունակում են մնալ անպատասխան եւ չլուծված։

Սահմանի հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր վիճելի են, Սյունիքի փրկության համար վճռորոշ այս փուլում, երբ պետք է ճակատագրական որոշումներ կայացվեն, համայնքներն են շարունակում մնալ անվտանգությունը երաշխավորող հիմնական դերակատարները։

Մենք կորցրել ենք Արցախի զգալի մասը, ունենք հազարավոր զոհեր, անհետ կորածներ, տնտեսական ու հումանիտար բազում խնդիրներ, որոնց լուծման բեռը շարունակում է մնալ համայնքների ուսերին եւ իրականացվում է պատվով։ Այս ամենի համատեքստում, նույնիսկ ամենափոքր թվացող հարցերը չեն լուծվում պետական մակարդակում, քանի որ կառավարման ամբողջ համակարգն այս օրերին անգործության է մատնված։

Թշնամին հասել է Սյունիքի դարպասներին։ Այս պահին մեր գերխնդիրը Սյունիքի պաշտպանությունն է, բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովումը։ Յուրաքանչյուր րոպեն թանկ է եւ կարող է անդառնալի հետեւանքներ ունենալ։

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում ամեն օր էլ ավելի ենք համոզվում, որ այս իշխանության հետ հնարավոր չէ չեզոքացնել մեզ սպառնացող աղետը, ուստի պահանջում ենք վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ կառավարության հրաժարականը։ Սա քաղաքական շահարկումների խնդիր չէ, այլ հայրենիքի փրկության, Սյունիքի բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովման հարցն է։

Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ վաղը կարող է շատ ուշ լինել, ուստի այս փուլում կարող եւ նվիրյալ ուժեր են պետք, որոնք պետք է գործեն հանուն Սյունիքի փրկության, երկիրն աղետալի վիճակից հանելու տրամաբանությամբ։ Այսպիսով, պետք է բոլորս ոտքի կանգնենք եւ ոչ ասենք այս կործանարար իրավիճակին»։
