Արմեն Սարգսյանը դիմում է իրավապահ մարմիններին

Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր մեր երկիրը՝ որպես պետություն, և մեր հասարակությունը, բոլորս միասին գտնվում ենք հետպատերազմյան խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ: Սա պետք է արձանագրել առանց ձևականության, առանց ինքներս մեզ խաբելու և, միաժամանակ, առանց հուսահատության: Պետք է ամբողջությամբ գիտակցենք և ընդունենք այդ ճգնաժամի գոյությունն ու ամեն ինչ անենք այն հաղթահարելու համար:
Միասին, ձեռք ձեռքի տված:

Անկախ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից, քաղաքական համոզմունքներից ու հայացքներից, անձնական համակրանքներից ու հակակրանքներից, մենք պետք է մտածենք մեր պետության, երկրի ու ժողովրդի ապագայի մասին:

Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրն իրավունք ունի արտահայտելու իր կարծիքը, դժգոհությունը եւ իշխանություններից բացատրություն պահանջելու պատերազմի հետևանքով մեզ պատճառված ահռելի մարդկային և տարածքային կորուստների համար:

Կառավարությունը չի կարող գործել 2018թ. հանրային տրամադրությունների ոգով: Այսօրվա իրականությունը բոլորովին այլ է:

Այս լարված ու բարդ օրերին դիմում եմ բոլորիդ՝ ձեր յուրաքանչյուր գործողություն պետք է լինի օրենքին համապատասխան, պետք է լինի իրավաչափ:

Դիմում եմ նաև իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ կարգ ու կանոնի պահպանումը կարևոր է: Միաժամանակ հիշեք, որ ձեր առջև, Երևանի փողոցներում մեր հայրենակիցն է, մեզնից մեկը՝ կին, թե տղամարդ, երիտասարդ, թե տարեց: Նրանց մեջ են նաև մարդիկ, ովքեր մի քանի օր առաջ պաշտպանում էին հայրենիքը, մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրին, ձեզ:

Անթույլատրելի ու անընդունելի են ցանկացած բռնություն և ոչ համաչափ ուժի ու միջոցների կիրառումը: Ձեր գործողություններում պետք է դրսևորեք պատասխանատվություն, մարդկային և մասնագիտական բարձր հատկանիշներ:

Այսօր մենք կարիք ունենք շրջադարձային որոշումների: Լուծումները պետք է լինեն ազգային համաձայնության շրջանակում:

Մենք պետք է կարողանանք վերականգնել հանդուրժողականության, փոխադարձ հարգանքի մթնոլորտը, ի մի բերել մեր ժողովրդի բոլոր դրական ու կենսական որակները և դրանք վերածել հավաքական ուժի, որը կլինի մեր հետագա հաջողությունների գրավականը: Հանրապետության նախագահի և նախագահական ինստիտուտի գործունեությունն ուղղված է հենց այդ նպատակին:
