Փաշինյանը պատերազմի ամենաթեժ օրերին քննարկել է ՆԱՏՕ–ին դիմելու սցենարը. ուշագրավ մանրամասներ գաղտնի ծրագրից

NEWS.am-ին ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել Արցախում պատերազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում ՆԱՏՕ–ին դիմելու ՀՀ իշխանությունների գաղտնի ծրագրի վերաբերյալ։ Պարզվում է՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հոկտեմբերի 18-25–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում չհաջողելով ռազմաճակատում հօգուտ հայկական կողմի բեկում մտցնել, կոնկրետ գործողություններ է ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակցին փոխելու ուղղությամբ։ Մասնավորապես՝ պատերազմական թեժ օրերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա վարչախումբը մտադրություն են ունեցել մեկ օրում փոխել Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշումը դեպի արևմուտք այնպես, որ ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը գլխի չընկնի։ Ռուսաստանին «մոլորեցնելու» համար Փաշինյանը պատերազմական առաջին օրերին պաշտոնանկ արեց ԱԱԾ–ում հակառուսական քայլեր իրականացնող տնօրեն Արգիշտի Քյարամյանին՝ այդ կերպ ցույց տալով իր «հավատարմությունը» ռազմավարական դաշնակցին՝ միաժամանակ լրացուցիչ երաշխիք ստեղծելով ռուսական զենքի անարգել մատակարարման համար։

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության կուրսը փոխելու վերաբերյալ իշխանությունները զուգահեռաբար խորհրդակցություններ են իրականացրել անկախ մասնագետների հետ, որոնք հիմնականում միաբերան կոչ են արել նրանց արկածախնդրության չգնալ և երկիրը չտանել կործանման։ Իշխանությունների գաղտնի մտադրության մասին միամտաբար, գուցե նաև միտումնավոր բացահայտել էր նաև արևմուտքից ֆինանսավորվող Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը, ով հոկտեմբերի 21–ին «Սորոսականների» ու «Հակասորոսականների» մասին մի գրառում էր արել՝ նշելով. «Արսեն Խառատյանը Վաշինգտոնում հստակ վիզ է դնում հայկական դիրքորոշումը առաջ տանելու համար, միջազգային առաջատար լրատվամիջոցներով տռաս է հանում Բաքվի ու Անկարայի ներկայացուցիչներին»: Խոսքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին խորհրդական Արսեն Խառատյանի մասին է, որը պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում հույս ուներ, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրություններում Բայդենի հաղթանակը կարող է նոր շանսեր ստեղծել Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսի փոփոխության հարցում։

Մասնագետների հորդորները կամ Արևմուտքի ոչ վստահելի պահվածքը գործող իշխանություններին, սակայն, ստիպել է հրաժարվել իրենց անհեռանկար քայլերից։ Բնական է, որ ռուսական կողմն իմացել է Փաշինյանի «դավաճանական» մտադրությունների մասին։ Արդյունքում, չնայած հրապարակավ աջակցությանը, այսօր ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանը, այլ նաև Արևմուտքը չեն վստահում ոչ Փաշինյանին, և ոչ էլ նրա թիմի մեծ մասին։ Այնուամենայնիվ, իշխող ռեժիմին դեռևս հաջողվում է կառավարության ՊՈԱԿ–ի և տեղական օլիգարխների կողմից ֆինանսավորվող ֆեյքերի ֆաբրիկաների միջոցով ֆեյսբուքյան էջերում և յութուբյան ալիքներում հանրության մի ստվար զանգվածի մոլորեցնել Պուտինի և Փաշինյանի «ջերմ հարաբերությունների» մասին միֆերով։
