Կա միայն մեկ ճիշտ ելք` անարյուն իշխանափոխություն. Սամվել Կարապետյան

Ներկայացնում ենք հայտնի հայ գործարար, «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանի` հայրենակիցներին ուղղված ուղերձի ամբողջական տեքստը:

«Թանկագին հայրենակիցներ,

Հայաստանն ու Արցախն այսօր դժվարին, առանց չափազանցության` ողբերգական ժամանակներ են ապրում: Գրվում է հայ ժողովրդի պատմության ամենադրամատիկ էջերից մեկը: Հերոսական դիմադրություն ցույց տալով թվով եւ տեխնիկապես զգալիորեն գերազանցող ադրբեջանա-թուրքական զավթիչ զորքերին, կորցնելով մեր զինվորների հազարավոր անգնահատելի կյանքերը` մենք այնուամենայնիվ ձախողվեցինք պատերազմում: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը կորցրեց իր տարածքի զգալի մասը:

Մենք պետք է խոստովանենք եւ ստիպված ենք արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանում գործող կառավարությունը չկարողացավ կառավարել հայկական պետականությունը: Այն չկարողացավ կատարել իր ամենակարեւոր պարտականություններից մեկը` ապահովել հայկական բանակի մարտունակությունը եւ Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը: Նրա վարած ներքին եւ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը սխալ էր եւ աղետի հանգեցրեց: Այս աղետի մասշտաբներն մի քանի անգամ ավելի մեծ կլինեին, եթե չլինեին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջնորդական ջանքերը, բացառապես որոնց շնորհիվ հաջողվեց դադարեցնել պատերազմը եւ պահպանել Արցախը:

Ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցումից հետո մեր Հայրենիքը հայտնվեց շուտափույթ լուծում պահանջող ամենաբարդ քաղաքական, տնտեսական եւ սոցիալական խնդիրների առջեւ: Եվ ուստի մենք չենք կարող ժամանակ կորցնել եւ իրավունք չունենք զբաղվել ինքնախաբեությամբ: Մենք բոլորս եւ առաջին հերթին հենց ինքը` ներկայիս կառավարությունը, պետք է խոստովանենք, որ մի շարք պատճառներով վարչապետ Փաշինյանն ու ներկայիս կառավարությունն այլեւս ի վիճակի չեն հայ հասարակության էներգիան դնել կառուցողական հունի մեջ, համախմբել ժողովրդին եւ անցնել մեր առջեւ կանգնած լուրջ խնդիրների լուծմանը:

Այս իրավիճակից միայն մեկ ճիշտ ելք կա` անարյուն իշխանափոխություն: Վարչապետի եւ կառավարության անհապաղ հրաժարական, նախարարների անցումային կաբինետի ձեւավորում եւ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացում, որոնց ժամանակ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները նոր իշխանություն կընտրեն:

Մենք պետք է ամենակարճ ժամկետներում սկզբունքորեն նոր օրակարգ ձեւավորենք Հայաստանի զարգացման համար: Իրատեսական ճանապարհային քարտեզ ստեղծենք մեր տնտեսության վերականգնման համար: Որոշենք երկրի արտաքին քաղաքականության ճիշտ վեկտորը` հաշվի առնելով տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների փորձը: Հնարավորինս արագ բուժենք վերքերը, վերադարձնենք ազգի հավատն իր ուժերի նկատմամբ եւ սկսենք Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի վերածնունդը:

Վստահ եմ, որ մենք կարող ենք դա անել: Առջեւում մեր հաղթանակների ժամանակն է, եւ մենք այն բաց թողնելու իրավունք չունենք»:
