ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը տապալված է. Աշոտյանը՝ ԵԱՀԿ նախարարների խորհրդի 27-րդ նիստի մասին

ԵԱՀԿ նախարարների խորհրդի 27-րդ նիստն առաջինն էր Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո եւ կարեւոր էր հասկանալ, թե Արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մանդատ ունեցող այս միջազգային կառույցում ինչպիսին են տրամադրությունները եւ ինչ է արել հայկական դիվանագիտությունն այս ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Հիմնական դերակատարների ելույթների ամփոփելով՝ կարեւոր եզրահանգումները հետեւյալն են։

1. Անգամ 44 օր տեւած եւ հազարավոր զոհերով ուղեկցված արյունալի պատերազմը չի դարձրել Արցախյան հակամարտությունը գերակա խնդիր ԵԱՀԿ տարածքում։ Կրկին առավել առաջնահերթ էին Բելառուսն ու Ուկրաինան, եւ սա Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի հերթական ձախողումն է։

2. Արեւմտյան ներկայացուցիչները, որեւէ լուրջ դերակատարություն չունենալով պատերազմի ընթացքում, մի կողմից ողջունում են հաստատված զինադադարը, մյուս կողմից՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական խանդից դրդված, բարձրաձայնում են բացառապես ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ձեւաչափում խնդրի վերջնական կարգավորման եւ Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին։

3. Արտասահմանցի մասնակիցներից որեւէ մեկը այդպես էլ չխոսեց պատերազմի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված վայրագությունների, իսլամիստ զինյալների, արգելված զինատեսակների եւ այլ աղաղակող գործողությունների մասին, ինչը կրկին ապացուցում է, որ Հայաստանի այտաքին քաղաքականությունը տապալված է եւ միջազգային կառույցները անարգել առաջնորդվում են «Победителей не судят» սկզբունքով։

4. Որեւէ լուրջ անդրադարձ Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար իրավիճակին, ռազմագերիների, զոհվածների մարմինների շուտափույթ փոխանակման խնդիրներին չեղավ, ինչը նույնպես ԱԳՆ-ի ու գործող կառավարության իմպոտենցիայի արդյունք է։

5. ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը հպանցիկ անդրադարձավ Արցախյան խնդրին եւ դիվանագիտորեն հընթացս հիշատակեց ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ն, այդ կերպ ընգծելով, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակելու է առաջին ջութակ մնալ կարգավորման գործընթացում։

6. Դե Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի նախարարների զավեշտալի ցինիկ ելույթների եւ երջանիկ դեմքերի մասին չասեմ...

7. Թուրքիայի նախարարի խոսքից, ով զուգահեռներ տարավ Ղրիմի եւ Արցախի միջեւ, խոսեց Ղրիմում մարդու իրավունքների եւ ղրիմյան թաթարների խնդիրների մասին, ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ պատեհ պահին ռուս-թուրքական հակամարտության հաջորդ ճակատը Ղրիմն է։

Հայաստանի նախարարի ելույթից հետո կանդրադառնամ նաեւ իրեն»:
