Շաքարավազի, ձեթի, կարագի թանկացումն առավելապես պայմանավորված է օբյեկտիվ գործոններով. ՏՄՊՊՀ

ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովում ՀՀ-ում հայտարարված ռազմական դրություն ժամանակ լայն սպառման ապրանքների իրացման պայմանների՝ ներառյալ գների, ինչպես նաև դրանց պաշարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության հավաքագրման, վերլուծության և գնահատման նպատակով ստեղծվել են աշխատանքային խմբեր, որոնք ս.թ.սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսած խոշոր առևտրային ցանցերում՝ «ՍԱՍ», «Էվրիկա», «Երևան Սիթի», «Նոր Զովք» առևտրի կետերում, իրականացրել են ամենօրյա մշտադիտարկում շուրջ 31 ապրանքային խմբի գծով (շուրջ 106 ապրանքատեսակ)։ Մշտադիտարկումների ընթացքում արձանագրված գնային բարձրացումների պատճառների բացահայտման, ինչպես նաև այդ թանկացումների հիմնավորվածությունը պարզելու և գնահատելու նպատակով Հանձնաժողովի կողմից իրականացվել է բազմակողմանի ուսումնասիրություն, միաժամանակ ուսումնասիրվել է նաև այդ ապրանքատեսակների միջազգային գների դինամիկան: 

Հանձնաժողովի  կողմից դիտարկվել են նշված ապրանքների մանրածախ իրացման գները, համադրվել են նախորդ օրվա տվյալների հետ և գնային բարձրացումներ արձանագրվելու դեպքում առանձին ապրանքատեսակների գծով իրականացվել են ուսումնասիրություններ։ Բացի այդ, Հանձնաժողովը դիմել է ներմուծում և արտադրություն իրականացնող շուրջ 32 խոշոր ընկերությունների, ամենօրյա կտրվածքով հավաքագրել է շուրջ 20 ապրանքային խմբի (ներառում է 129 ապրանքատեսակ) մեծածախ իրացման գների և պաշարների մնացորդների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն: Գնային բարձրացումներ հայտնաբերելու դեպքում իրականացվել են մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություններ, օպերատիվ կարգով տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներից պահանջվել են հիմնավորումներ և բացատրություններ, իրականացվել են համապատասխան հաշվարկներ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ կրկնակի դիտանցում։

Հանձնաժողովը մշտադիտարկումների արդյունքում մասնավորապես  արձանագրել էր, որ որոշ խոշոր առևտրային  ցանցերին պատկանող առևտրի օբյեկտներում տեղի է ունեցել կիլոգրամով (չփաթեթավորված) իրացվող շաքարավազի իրացման գնի բարձրացում 6-7 %-ով, կիլոգրամով իրացվող «Նոր Զելանդական» և «Անքոր» տեսակների կարագի իրացման գնի բարձրացում՝ մինչև 1%, արևածաղկի և եգիպտացորենի ձեթերի որոշակի տեսակների գների բարձրացում՝ 2-7 %-ով։

Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել է, որ այդ ապրանքների իրացման գների բարձրացումն առավելապես պայմանավորված է մի շարք օբյեկտիվ գործոններով՝ ներմուծման գների բարձրացմամբ, դրամի արժեզրկմամբ, միջազգային գների բարձրացմամբ և այլն:
