Արցախից դեպի Հայաստան ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք տեղափոխելու հերթական դեպքի քննությամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի

ՀՀ դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 19-ին՝ ժամը 16:40-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սիսիանի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից Երեւան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի 200-րդ կմ հատվածում Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչ Հ. Ղ.-ի վարած «Վազ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերվել են ապօրինի պահված հրազեն հանդիսացող «ԱԿ» տեսակի 1 ինքնաձիգ, ինչպես նաեւ ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող 16 նռնակ, 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի 30 եւ 5.45 մմ տրամաչափի 75 փամփուշտ, սառը զենք հանդիսացող 1 սվին-դանակ, որոնք վերցվել են ավտոմեքենայի զննության ժամանակ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սիսիանի բաժնում 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 19-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որը նախաքննությունն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է Սիսիանի քննչական բաժին, իսկ նշված երկու անձինք ձերբակալվել են:

Նույն օրը նշված անձանց առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Ա. Մ-ին մեղադրանքն առաջադրվել է ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք եւ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, պահելու եւ փոխադրելու շուրջ Հ. Ղ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնության գալով՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունից գործով չպարզված հանգամանքներում վերոնշյալ զենք զինամթերքն ապօրինի ձեռք բերելու, «Վազ 2121» մակնիշի նշված ավտոմեքենայում ապօրինի պահելով ԱրՀ-ից ՀՀ տեղափոխելու համար: Նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որը բավարարվել է:

Հ. Ղ-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք եւ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, պահելու եւ փոխադրելու շուրջ նախնական համաձայնության գալով Ա.Մ-ի հետ, վերջինիս կողմից ապօրինի ձեռք բերված զենք զինամթերքը Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս քաղաքից ապօրինի փոխադրել է դեպի Վաղարշապատ քաղաք, որը նույն օրը հայտնաբերվել եւ վերցվել է ավտոմեքենայի սրահի զննությամբ: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական, այլ դատավարական, ինչպես նաեւ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ինչպես հայտնաբերված զենք զինամթերքի ձեռբերման հանգամանքները, դրանում հնարավոր այլ անձանց ներգրավվածությունը, գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող այլ հանգամաքներ պարզելու, այնպես էլ նշված անձանց կողմից այլ զենք, զինամթերքի ձեռքբերման, պահման հնարավորություններն ստոգելու ուղղությամբ:
