Սոթքի հանքի որոշ հատվածներ կգտնվեն Ադրբեջանի հսկողության տակ. ՊՆ

Այնտեղ մի քանի ժամ է՝ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի  եւ Ռուսաստանի զինվորականների մասնակցությամբ իրականացվում է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի սահմանների սահմանազատում, որպեսզի հստակեցվեն Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի պետական սահմանները։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Գեւորգ Ալթունյանը։

«Այդ սահմանազատված սահմաններին էլ կտեղակայվեն Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ-երի դիրքերն ու հենակետերը։ Որպեսզի հետագայում թյուրիմացություն կամ սադրանք տեղի չունենա, նաեւ ռուսական կողմի մասնակցությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ հատուկ սարքերի կիրառմամբ GPS նավիգատորների կիրառմամբ ընթացքն իրականացվում է»,- նշեց նա։

Ալթունյանի խոսքով՝ այդ գործընթացը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, շուտով կավարտվի եւ սահմանազատումը վերջնական տեսքի կբերվի։

Հարցին՝ արդյոք Սոթքի՝ ադրբեջանական կողմի վերհսկողության տակ անցնելու վտանգ կա՞, Ալթունյանը պատասխանեց. «Եթե նայում ենք քարտեզին, ապա եթե Քարվաճառի շրջանն անցնում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ, ուրեմն Սոթքի հանքավայրի որոշ հատվածներ կգտնվեն Քարվաճառի այդ հատվածում»։

Մամուլում շրջանառվող այն լուրը, թե ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ-երի զինծառայողները Սոթքի հանքավայրի աշխատակիցներին ժամանակ են տվել՝ հանքը լքելու համար, Ալթունյանն այսպես  մեկնաբանեց. «Մենք ճշտել ենք, մեզ ասել են՝ նման բան չկա։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ այնտեղ ուղղակի իրականացվում են սահմանազատման աշխատանքներ։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ որեւէ կոնֆլիկտ չի եղել։ Գործընթացն իրականացվում է կոռեկտ պայմաններում»։

Միաժամանակ, Գևորգ Ալթունյանը հերքեց այն տեղեկությունը, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կոտրել են Քարվաճառի մուտքի մոտ տեղադրված դարպասները և մտել Հայաստան տարածք. «Իրենք եկել են, մերոնք դարպասները բացել են, իրանց զինվորականները եկել են ռուսների հետ ու սկսել են սահմանազատման աշխատանքները»։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ դարպասները ժամանակավոր են դրվել, որպեսզի մեքենաները չերթևեկեն, մինչև կլինի պաշտոնական սահմանազատում։

Հարցին, թե ինչու էր ավելի վաղ ՊՆ–ն հերքում այդ տեղեկությունը, Ալթունյանն ասաց, որ իրենք հերքել են ոչ թե ադրբեջանցիներին՝ Սոթքում գտնելու տեղեկությունը, այլ այն, որ «ադրբեջանցիները ներխուժել են հանքի տարածք»։

Նշենք, որ վարչապետի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանն ընդհանրապես հերքել էր ադրբեջանցի զինվորների՝ Սոթքում գտնվելու լուրը։

«Վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանը կտրականապես հերքում է տարածված լուրերը, թե ադրբեջանական բանակը Սոթքի ոսկու հանքավայր է մտել: Մանե Գևորգյանն այս մասին ասաց «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում:

«Շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները որևէ կապ չունեն իրականության հետ»,- նշեց կառավարության ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղարը»,– գրել էր «Արմենպրեսը»:

Նշենք, որ համայնքային ղեկավարությունը, ըստ էության նաև Սոթքի հանքավայրի աշխատակիցներն ու ղեկավարությունը, նախապես տեղյակ չեն եղել կատարվելիք սահմանազատման աշխատանքների մասին։

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գեղամասար համայնքի (կենտրոնը՝ Սոթք) ղեկավար Հակոբ Ավետյանը, համենայն դեպս, այն տպավորությունը չուներ, որ հանքավայրի տարածքում սահմանազատման խաղաղ աշխատանքներ են ընթանում։

«Ուրեմն էս պահի դրությամբ ադրբեջանական զինուժը նախատեսված էդ դարպասները, որ դրվել էր, այդ տեղը անցել են արդեն ու եկել են հենց հիմա ոսկու հանքի տարածքում են, էդ գագաթին կանգնած են, որը մեր հանքի տարածքն էր արդեն: Ու էդտեղից պահանջում  են ազատել տարածքը: Բայց հիմա այս պահին բանակցություններ ա գնում»,– ասել էր նա։
