Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը խոսել է վարչապետ դառնալու հավակնությունների մասին

Հավակնության մասին նույնիսկ խոսք լինել չի կարող՝ հայտարարել է նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Լուրեր» ծրագրին տված հարազրույցում անդրադառնալով վարչապետ դառնալու հավանականությունների մասին հարցին:

«Վարչապետ եմ եղել 25 տարի առաջ և, երբ վարչապետ էի, երիտասարդ էի, գիտեի՝ ինչ եմ ուզում, հստակ ծրագիր ունեի։ Բայց Աստծո կամքն էր՝ որոշ ժամանակ վարչապետ լինելուց հետո ստիպված մեկուկես տարի անցկացրի հիվանդանոցում՝ բուժվելով շատ ծանր հիվանդությունից, և բախտավոր եմ, որ այսօր ձեզ հետ եմ այստեղ:

Նախ՝ հավակնության մասին նույնիսկ խոսք լինել չի կարող է: Ես հանրապետության նախագահն եմ և, նույնիսկ խորհրդարանական երկրում, նույնիսկ հայկական խորհրդարանական երկրում, որտեղ նախագահի գործառույթները շատ-շատ սահմանափակ են, նախագահն ունի որոշակի հստակ պարտականություններ և հնարավորություն՝ աջակցելու համար: Նախագահական ինստիտուտն այն հարթակը պետք է լինի, որ ճգնաժամային պայմանների դեպքում, որն ունենք այսօր, օգտագործվի և՛ իշխանության, և՛ ընդդիմության կողմից, որպեսզի առճակատումը փողոցից գա սեղանի շուրջ»,- ասել է Արմեն Սարգսյանը:

Նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ճշմարտությունը գտնելու համար պետք չէ անպայման փողոց դուրս գալ: «Ճգնաժամը չի որոշվում փողոցում մարդկանց քանակով: Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանում մենք ունենք իրապես խորը ճգնաժամ, և թե ինչու փողոցում 100 կամ 200 հազար մարդ չկա, պարզ վերլուծությամբ կարող ենք հասկանալ: Սակայն ունենք ճգնաժամ ոչ միայն Հայաստանում. ընդհանրապես, ողջ հայ ժողովրդի համար բարոյահոգեբանական խորը կորստի ճգնաժամ է: Դա կա ցանկացած հայի մոտ, և ինքներդ համոզվեցիք նաև Հորդանանում, նույնն է նաև Մոսկվայում, Կալիֆորնիայում: Ունենք տնտեսական և քաղաքական ճգնաժամ Հայաստանում և ունենք ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի հետ կապված ճգնաժամ դրսի հետ՝ միջազգային հարաբերություններում, որովհետև մեր երկրի և մեր ազգի կերպարն ու պատկերը շատ դրական չէ ներկայումս: Մենք տանուլ ենք տվել նաև հանրային պատերազմը, և հետևաբար, եթե 1994 թվականին ունեինք աշխարհ, որը շատ բարյացկամ էր վերաբերվում մեզ, մեր խնդիրներին և ղարաբաղյան պայքարին, ապա այսօր այդպես չէ, որովհետև մեր հակառակորդները տարիներով նպատակաուղղված աշխատել են, իսկ մենք այդ գործը չենք արել:

Հետևաբար, հանրապետության նախագահը շատ անելիք ունի և չի մտածում վարչապետ լինելու մասին,  պատրաստ է ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված ցանկացած կառավարության և վարչապետի հետ աշխատել և իր ներդրումը բերել»,- ասել է նա:

Արմեն Սարգսյանը նաև ընդգծել է, որ ինքն իր պոտենցիալի ընդամենը 5, 10 տոկոսն է կարողանում օգտագործել՝ «Լինի դա սահմանադրական սահմանափակումների պատճառով, լինի դա համագործակցության հանդեպ իմ գործընկերների ոչ բաց լինելու պատճառով․․․ Հիմնական պատճառները սրանք են, կարծում եմ՝ շատ ավելին կարող եմ անել և՛ միջազգային հարաբերութուններում, և՛ միջազգային տնտեսական, և՛ ներդրումային, և՛ մշակութային, և՛ դիվանագիտության ոլորտներում, բայց անում եմ շատ քիչ: Դա ինձ համար բավականին ծանր է, որովհետև ուզում եմ աշխատել, իհարկե, աշխատում եմ, բայց կարծում եմ՝ շատ ավելին կարող եմ անել»,- ասել է նա:
