Ֆրանսիայի Սենատը ընդունեց բանաձևը, որով կառավարությանն առաջարկում է ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը

Ֆրանսիայի Սենատն ընդունեց բանաձևը, որով կառավարությանն առաջարկում է ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը։

Քվեարկությանը մասնակցել է 306 սենատոր: 305 սենատոր կողմ է քվեարկել բանաձեւին, 1-ը՝ դեմ: Քվեարկության արդյունքները ծափահարություններով են ընդունվել:

Սրանով Սենատը Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությանը կոչ է անում ճանաչել Արցախը։ Բանաձևի հեղինակները երկրի կառավարությանն առաջարկում են լայնածավալ հումանիտար օգնություն տրամադրել ԼՂ քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը՝ պահանջելով բացել հումանիտար միջանցքներ, Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում աջակցել բնակչության պաշտպանության անհապաղ իրականացմանը՝ Մինսկի խմբի հովանու ներքո սահմանազատման միջազգային ուժեր տեղակայելու ճանապարհով,  Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ռազմական հանցագործությունների հետաքննություն իրականացնել, անել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ՝ երկարաժամկետ կարգավորման բանակցություններ ապահովելու նպատակով, որը թույլ կտա նաև վերադառնալ 1994 թվականի սահմաններին, ինչպես նաեւ ապահովել հայ բնակչության անվտանգությունը, տեղահանվածների վերադարձը եւ հայկական մշակութային ու կրոնական ժառանգության պահպանությունը։ Ի վերջո, սենատորները Կառավարությանը կոչ են անում ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը ու այդ ճանաչումը դարձնել բանակցային գործիք կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու համար:

Նշենք, որ կառավարության կողմից այն պարտադիր կատարման ենթակա չէ: Դեկտեմբերին բանաձևը քվեարկության կդրվի Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային Ժողովում:
