Մեր բանակի 80 տոկոսը չկա, ջարդված է. Հրանտ Բագրատյանը՝ պատերազմում պարտության պատճառների մասին

Ինչպես եղավ, որ 26 տարի առաջ լինելով շատ ավելի հետ Ադրբեջանից , հաղթում ենք, իսկ 26 տարի անց ջախջախվում ենք: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 25-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը:

«Մեր բանակի 80 տոկոսը չկա, ջարդված է: Ես գաղտնիք չեմ ասում, որովհետեւ ադրբեջանցիք հաշվում են, իրենց տարծքում է մնացել թնդանոթները, զրահատեխնիկան եւ այլն: Բանակը չկա, սա պարտություն չի, ջախջախում է»,-ասաց նա:

Բագրատյանը այս իրավիճակի համար մի քանի խումբ պատճառ նշեց. «Առաջինը քաղաքականն է: Քաղաքականի մեջ մտնում են հետեւյալ ենթակետերը. ա) Հայաստանը չի ճանաչում Արցախի անկախությունը, որը ինչպես տեսաք, սխալ էր: Ես երկու անգամ որպես պատգամավոր այդ հարցը ներկայացրել եմ, մի անգամ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի հետ, մի անգամ էլ ապրիլյանից հետո, չի ճանաչվել: Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին պատերազմը սկսվեց, 2 ժամ հետո ասացի՝ անմիջապես ճանաչեք Արցախի անկախությունը, որ ձեզ օգնեն: Չարեց: Մի քանի երկիր կային, որ ուզում էին ճանաչել Արցախը: Ենթադրենք Ուրուգվայի կամ Մեքսիկայի նման երկրները հակաթուրքական երկրներ են: Նիկոլի համաձակությունը չի հերիքով, որ նույնիսկ հիմա ճանաչի անկախությունը:

Քաղաքական երկրորդ սխալը հակառուսականությունն էր: Այսօր Ռուսաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ն տարբեր բեւեռներում են եւ այս վիճակում չկա կոմպլիմենտար քաղաքականություն տանելու հնարավորություն: Մենք պետք է մնանք պրոռուսական ծիրի մեջ: Քանի որ հիմա գնում է դեգլոբալիզացիա, մենք կամ թուրքերի հետ պետք է լինենք, կամ ռուսների:

Երրորդ ռազմավարական սխալը Իրանին նեղացնելն էր, այն աստիճանի, որ Իրանը չուզենար բեռներ տեղափոխվեն պատերազմի ժամանակ:

4-րդ ռազմավարական սխալը Վրաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները փչացնելն էր:

5-րդ սխալը Չինաստանին ապտակելն էր, Տիգրան Ավինյանը ռեգիոնալ մակարդակով ապտակում էր Չինաստանին: Այն Չինաստանին, որ ասում էր՝ ընկերներ, ես ունեմ ույղուրների պրոբլեմ, ես  հակաթուրքական պետություն եմ: Էդ ի՞նչ պետք է անենք, որ Չինաստանը լախա թափ տա մեզնից, ասի՝ պրծնենք սրանից: Ասում են՝ ինչի՞ մտաք Կրոնական ալյանսի մեջ, որը Չինաստանի դեմ է ույղուրների պատճառով: Փախել ա Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը, բռնեք բերեք: Ինչի՞ ես մտնում, ընկեր: ԱՄՆ-ն ստեղծել է այդ կազմակերպությունը: Ես չեմ եկել ԱՄՆ-ի դեմ խոսեմ, բայց վերջին շրջանում ԱՄՆ-ի արածները Հայաստանի դեմ են:

Քաղաքական հաջորդ սխալը. Շատ լավ է, որ Ջասթին Թրյուդոյի հետ կարող եք նասկի հանգնել եռագույնի գույներով, բայց նա ձեզ ի փամփուշտ չի տալու, եթե կռիվ լինի: Թող տար, թող Մերկելը տար: Մենք գոհ ենք Ֆրանսիայի ղեկավար Մակրոնից, որն իսկապես մարդկայնություն ցուցաբերեց, բայց Արեւմտյան Եվրոպան դաշինքի մեջ է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Վերջապես Բրիտանիան ձախողում է ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ում Ղարաբաղի հարցի  քննարկումը, որը ընդամենը մարդկանց կոտորածը դադարեցնելու մասին էր:

Հանկարծ պարզվում է, որ այս ամբողջը կազմվել է Եվրոպայում ՆԱՏՕ-ում: Խոսվում է «Միվեցի» մասին, որի գործակալներից մեկը ՀՀ նախագահն է»,-հայտարարեց Բագրատյանը:
