Պետք է բարեփոխենք մտածողությունը մեր նպատակներին հասնելու համար. Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել է ԿԳՄՍ նորանշանակ նախարարին

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել է Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարություն և աշխատակազմին ներկայացրել նորանշանակ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանին: Կառավարութան ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախկին նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանին կատարած աշխատանքի համար և արդյունավետ գործունեություն մաղթել Վահրամ Դումանյանին:

«Հարգելի գործընկերներ, մենք շատ ենք խոսում երկրում ինստիտուտների կայացվածության աստիճանի մասին, և իմ համոզմունքն այն է, որ մեր բոլոր պրոբլեմները կապ ունեն ինստիտուտների կայացվածության աստիճանի հետ: Բայց նաև կարևոր եմ համարում, որպեսզի մենք ամենևին չանտեսենք մտածողությունը՝ որպես ինստիտուտ: Կարծում եմ նաև, որ մենք այս հարցն ընդհանուր առմամբ պետք է քննենք, հասկանանք, պատկերացնենք, թե ինչ մտածողությամբ ենք առաջնորդվում, այդ ինստիտուտն ինչքանով է համապատասխանում մեր կարիքներին, պահանջներին և շահերին, և, իհարկե, ինչպիսի՞ բարեփոխումների պետք է ենթարկվի մտածողությունը, որպեսզի կարողանանք հասնել այն նպատակներին, որոնք ձևակերպում ենք», - իր խոսքում նշել է երկրի վարչապետը:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության թիմին համատեղ աշխատանքի համար՝ նշելով, որ կառույցը՝ որպես ինստիտուտ, ձևավորվել է և գտնվում է աշխատանքային լավ վիճակում: Նրա խոսքով՝ պատերազմի ընթացքում, Covid-ի ժամանակ ստեղծված իրավիճակին արձագանքը եղել է համապատասխան, և դա տեղի է ունեցել այս գերատեսչությունում աշխատող մարդկանց շնորհիվ: Ա Հարությունյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետ Փաշինյանին նախարարության գործունեությանը ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար և նշել. «Այն բարեփոխումները, որոնք սկսվել են նախարարությունում, իրենց բարերար և դրական ազդեցությունն են ունենալու ներհայաստանյան հարաբերություններում, մեր տնտեսության վրա, միջազգային հարաբերություններում մեր դիրքի վրա: Եվ, իմ կարծիքով, այն լավ հիմքերը, որ դրվել են, պետք է, շարունակական լինեն»: ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարարը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել շարունակել կուտակած փորձը և տեղեկատվությունը փոխանցել նորանշանակ նախարարին՝ ի աջակցություն բարեփոխումների գործընթացի:

Իր հերթին ԿԳՄՍ նորանշանակ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետին վստահության համար՝ նշելով. «Լիովին պատասխանատու ձևով ես համաձայնվել եմ ընդունել առաջարկը և զգացված եմ վստահության համար: Պատրաստ եմ ուժերիս ներածի ողջ ծավալով նվիրվել մեր պետությանը, մեր երկրին և այս ոլորտում անել առավելագույնը»: Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Արայիկ Հարությունյանին համագործակցության պատրաստակամության համար:
