Արցախի շրջանների վերադարձի հետ կապված ես մի շարք հարցեր ունեմ, զինադադարի եռակողմ հայտարարության տեքստում կան ներքին հակասություն, ըստ այդմ՝ զինված ուժերը կանգնում են այնտեղ, որտեղ կանգնել են, սակայն պարզվում է, որ դա իրականում այդպես չէ, բոլոր նախկինում ադրբեջանաբնակ կամ կիսաադրբեջանաբնակ շրջանները պետք է վերադարձվեն, մինչդեռ, ԼՂԻՄ շրջանները մնում են Ադրբեջանին, ինչպես, օրինակ, Մատաղիսը։ Այս մասին ArmDaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների առաջին պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Արցախում իրականացվող սահմանազատումներին, որոնց ժամանակ ներկա են ռուսական և հայկական կողմերը, մինչդեռ հայկական կողմից ներկայացուցիչ չկա, նա ընդգծեց, որ դեմարկացիայի ժամանակ մշտապես այնքան հարցեր են լինում, անգամ ճանաչված պետությունների միջև դեմարկացիոն աշխատաքնները մեծ խնդիրների վեճերի հիմք է դառնում։ «Մինչդեռ, հայկական կողմին պարտադրում են այն ամենը, ինչ ուզում են, սա հերթական ամոթն է, որ գումարվում է այն ամոթին, որ ապրեցինք հայտարարությանը տեքստը ստորագրելու արդյունքում»։
