Արցախից Հայաստան տեղափոխված յուրաքանչյուր անձի կտրամադրվի 68000-ական դրամի ֆինանսական աջակցություն. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Կառավարության այսօրվա  ընդունած որոշման համաձայն, միանվագ դրամական աջակցություն կտրամադրվի պատերազմի հետեւանքով տեղահանված եւ փաստացի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող արցախցիներին, որոնք ունեն Արցախի հաշվառում: Այս մասին գրել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Սիրելի արցախցիներ,

Օրերս հանձնարարել էի կառավարությանը ներկայացնել Արցախի Հանրապետությունից Հայաստան տեղափոխված մեր հայրենակիցների սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղված ծրագիրը։

Այսպիսով, կառավարության այսօրվա  ընդունած որոշման համաձայն, միանվագ դրամական աջակցություն կտրամադրվի պատերազմի հետեւանքով տեղահանված եւ փաստացի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող արցախցիներին, որոնք ունեն Արցախի հաշվառում:

Արցախից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն տեղափոխված յուրաքանչյուր անձի կտրամադրվի 68000-ական դրամի չափով ֆինանսական աջակցություն։ Երեխաներին եւս աջակցություն կտրամադրվի, եթե ծնողը կամ ծնողներից մեկը համարվի այս ծրագրի շահառու:

Եթե քաղաքացին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չունի սեփական անշարժ գույք, ապա կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ աջակցություն՝ 15000 դրամի չափով:

Աջակցությունը կտրամադրվի նաեւ այն դեպքում, եթե քաղաքացին արդեն վերադարձել է Արցախ։

Աջակցություն ստանալու համար դիմումները կընդունվեն նոյեմբերի 23-ից: Դիմում հնարավոր է լինելու ներկայացնել նաեւ էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով: Առաջիկա օրերին ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը կներկայացնի աջակցության տրամադրման կարգը եւ մանրամասները:

Սիրելի արցախցիներ, վստահեցնում եմ, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության հետ անելու է ամեն ինչ՝ ձեր հետագա կյանքի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու, Արցախը ոտքի կանգնեցնելու, վերականգնելու եւ առաջընթացի ու հույսի նոր ուղու վրա դնելու համար։

Սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերը կշարունակվեն Արցախում»,- գրել է նա։
