Արցախի ՊԲ հրամանատար Միքայել Արզումանյանի կոչը

Կատարվածն ուներ օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ բազմաթիվ պատճառներ, որոնք վերլուծվելու են, կատարվելու են անհրաժեշտ ազնիվ և կոշտ հետևություններ: Այս մասինասվում է ՊԲ հրամանատար գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Միքայել Արզումանյանի կոչում:

Ներկայացնեք կոչն ամբողջությամբ ստորեւ.

Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ից նոյեմբերի 9-ը մեր ժողովուրդը ստիպված եղավ դիմակայել Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի, ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների և նրանց հովանավորների միացյալ ագրեսիային: 44 օր շարունակ չափազանց ծանր մարտերի ընթացքում հայ մարտիկը գործեց անօրինակ սխրանքներ, ինչը, ցավոք սրտի, բավական չեղավ, որպեսզի պատերազմն ավարտվի այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանայինք մենք: Կատարվածն ուներ օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ բազմաթիվ պատճառներ, որոնք վերլուծվելու են, կատարվելու են անհրաժեշտ ազնիվ և կոշտ հետևություններ: Սակայն այսօր ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք, և մեր հետագա գործունեության համար մեկնարկային կետ պետք է համարենք ոչ թե մեր երազանքներն, այլ ձևավորված իրողությունները, իսկ երազանքները կարող են և պե՛տք է լինեն նպատակ, ինչին պիտի հասնենք միահամուռ լարված աշխատանքով:

Այդ նպատակների իրագործման համար առավել քան երբևէ բոլորիս անհրաժեշտ է միասնականություն, պետական մտածողություն և անձնական պատասխանատվության զգացողություն: Բոլորիս անհրաժեշտ է տարածվող անհիմն շշուկներին, իրականության հետ որևէ կապ չունեցող առասպելներին, տարաբնույթ հերյուրանքներին վերջ տալու կամք և վճռականություն:

Իրականությունն այն է, որ Արցախը կա և լինելու է: Արցախի անվտանգության հիմնական երաշխավորը՝ պաշտպանության բանակը, պատերազմից դուրս է եկել ծանր հարվածներ կրած, սակայն ավելի քան միասնական, կարգապահ և պատրաստ շարունակել կատարել հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու իր առաքելությունը: Բանակը պահպանել է իր կուռ կառուցվածքը, կառավարման համակարգը, միանձնյա ղեկավարման սկզբունքի վրա հիմնված զինվորական աստիճանակարգությունը, կենսականորեն կարևոր ենթակառուցվածքը, իսկ բոլոր փոփոխությունները, որոնք կատարվելու են առաջիկայում, նպատակաուղղված են լինելու ոչ թե բանակի կազմալուծմանը, այլ բանակի կատարելագործմանն ու մարտունակության աստիճանի որակապես աննախադեպ բարելավմանը:

Անհիմն խոսակցություններն ազնիվ չեն առաջին հերթին այն զինվորների և սպաների նկատմամբ, ովքեր այս պահին էլ մարտական դիրքերում իրականացնում են իրենց ծառայությունը: Բանակի հրամանատարության, միավորումների և զորամասերի, տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների հրամանատարների, սպայակազմի, պայմանագրային և ժամկետային զինծառայողների տեսլականը մեկն է՝ ապահովել մեր երկրի պաշտպանությունը, ապահովել մեր ժողովրդի՝ իր հայրենիքում ապրելու իրավունքը: Այդ գերնպատակի իրագործմանն իրենց կյանքն են նվիրաբերել մեր բազմաթիվ զինակից եղբայրներն ու քույրերը, վստահ եմ, որ կարողանալու ենք արժանի լինել նրանց զոհողությանը:
