ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը՝ խաղից դո՞ւրս. Արևմուտքն ակտիվանում է

Արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման եռակողմ համաձայնագրից և այն բանից հետո, երբ հայտարարվեց, որ ռուսական և թուրքական կողմերը ստեղծելու են խաղաղապահների գործողությունները համակարգող և վերահսկող միասնական կենտրոն՝ կտրուկ ակտիվացել է Արևմուտքը, հատկապես՝ Ֆրանսիան և ԱՄՆ-ն: Սա հասկանալի է և սպասելի է, քանի որ երկու երկրներն էլ հանդիսանում են Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներ և որևէ մասնակցություն չեն ունեցել ոչ համաձայնագրի քննարկմանը, ոչ ստորագրմանը: Ավելորդ է անգամ նշել, որ Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի համար իրերի նման դրությունը, մեղմ ասած, անընդունելի է և արևմտյան այս երկրներից հնչող մեսիջները վկայում են հենց այդ մասին: Ուշագրավ է նաև այն, որ Ֆրանսիան ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հնչեցնում է պրո-հայկական դիրքորոշումներ: Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության դեսպանը այսօր ընդունել է հադրութցիներին և իր մտահոգությունը հայտնել առ այն, որ տվյալ համաձայնագիրը չի քննարկվել Ֆրանսիայի հետ և կան բազմաթիվ հարցեր: ԱՄՆ-ն, որը հետընտրական քաղաղաքական սթրեսի մեջ է, այս պահին արձագանքում է առանձին սենատորների տեսքով, սակայն Հայ Դատի գրասենյակը ԱՄՆ-ում արդեն իսկ դիմել է իշխանություններին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ֆորմատը անհապաղ վերականգնելու պահանջով: 


Իրականում այս պահին ռուս-թուրքական համաձայնության արդյունքում Մինսկի ֆորմատը դե ֆակտո գոյություն չունի, սա նշանակում է ռուսական կողմի բացարձակ ամրացում Հարավային Կովկասում՝ ռազմավարական շահերի գոտում և այդ գոտուց Արևմուտքի ամբողջական դուրս մղում: Սա սցենար է, որը անշուշտ Արևմուտքի կողմից որևէ կերպ ընդունելի լինել չի կարող և Ֆրանսիա-ԱՄՆ աշխուժացումը պայմանավորված է հենց այդ հանգամանքով: 


Ուշագրավ է նաև այն, որ ադրբեջանցի փորձագետները վերջին օրերին սկսել են խոսել այն մասին, որ Արևմուտքը բացահայտ ճնշում է բանեցնում Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդեպ` հատկապես դժգոհ լինելով ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման հանգամանքից: Հասկանալի է, որ Արևմուտքին առավելապես հուզում է հենց ռուսական կողմի այդչափ լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական ներկայացվածությունը կարևոր տարածաշրջանում, ինչն էլ ենթադրում է, որ Հարավային Կովկասը կարող է ամբողջությամբ անցնել ՌԴ վերահսկողության տակ:
