«Ես ժողովրդի կողքին եմ». Վալերի Օսիպյանն Ազատության հրապարակում է

ՀՀ նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 12-ին, մասնակցում է Ազատության հրապարակում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով հրավիրված հանրահավաքին։

Նա լրագրողների հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ պատերազմի սկսելուն պես վերադարձել է Հայաստան՝ որպես բարձրաստիճան սպա օգտակար լինելու համար հայրենիքին, սակայն վարակվել է կորոնավիրուսով. «Այնպես ստացվեց, որ վարակվեցի կորոնավիրուսով, վերջերս եմ ապաքինվել։ Այսօր նպատակահարմար գտա, որ կանգնեմ ժողովրդի կողքին, որովհետեւ բոլորդ գիտեք՝ Օսիպյանը միշտ եղել է ժողովրդի կողքին։ Այդ ձերբակալվածների մեջ էլ ես ունեմ ընկերներ»։

Լրագրողի այն հիշեցմանը, որ ինքը գեներալի կոչումը ստացել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից՝ Օսիպյանն արձագանքեց. «Ես Փաշինյանից չեմ ստացել, ես ստացել եմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից»։

Դիտարկմանը, որ հրապարակում քաղաքացիները վանկարկում են «Նիկոլ դավաճան»՝ Օսիպյանն ասաց. «Ես ժողովրդի կողքին եմ»։

Անդրադառնալով այն պնդմանը, թե պատերազմի օրերին մարդիկ չեն կռվել, փախել են առաջնագծից՝ նախկին ոստիկանապետն ասաց. «Ես հավատում եմ մեր զինվորին, հավատում եմ, որ մեր զինվորը լավագույններից մեկն է տարածաշրջանում, մեր զինվորի կողքին ենք բոլորս։ Կռվել է, թե ոչ, ես հնարավորություն չեմ ունեցել մասնակցություն ունենալու եւ ինքս գնահատականներ տալու։ Կարելի է հարցնել բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներից, որովհետեւ արբեր կարծիքներ են շրջանառվում համացանցում»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Վալերի Օսիպյանը, որը այդ պահին զբաղեցնում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության պետի ծառայության գծով տեղակալի պաշտոնը, 2018թ. մայիսի 10-ին  վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկով, նախագահի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի պաշտոնին:

2019թ. սեպտեմբերի 18-ին նա ազատվեց Հայաստանի ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնից՝ հենց նույն օրը նշանակվելով վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական, իսկ արդեն նույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 8-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ Վալերի Օսիպյանն ազատվեց վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականի պաշտոնից:
