ԿԽՄԿ-ն պատրաստակամ է գերիների փոխանակման հարցով. ժամկետները կախված են կողմերի համաձայնություններից

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն որպես միջնորդ պատրաստակամ է ռազմագերիների, պատանդների, պահվող այլ անձանց, զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակման գործընթացը սկսելու համար, հայ և ադրբեջանական կողմերը տեղյակ են կոմիտեի պատրաստակամության մասին, իսկ թե գործընթացը երբ կսկսվի, կախված է համաձայնություններից:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնել է Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավար Զառա Ամատունին:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ե՞րբ կսկսվի գործընթացը՝ Ամատունին  պատասխանել է՝ իրենք չեն կարող ասել:

«Պատրաստակամությունը կա, կողմերը տեղյակ են, ամեն ինչ կախված է համաձայնություններից, որոնք ձեռք կբերվեն այս հարցով: Կողմերը նաև պետք է մեզ դիմեն այս հարցով»,-ասաց նա:

Ամատունու վստահեցմամբ՝ ԿԽՄԿ-ն այս ողջ ընթացքում երկկողմանի կարգավիճակով կապի, քննարկումների մեջ է եղել, կոմիտեի պատրաստակամության մասին կողմերը քաջատեղյակ են:

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսած ԿԽՄԿ-ն ամեն օր պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել:

«Քանի որ մենք միջնորդ ենք, քաղաքական որոշումների մեջ ներգրավված չենք: Իհարկե, մեր որոշումների զգալի մասը կողմերի ձեռքերում է: Մենք, որպես մարդասիրական չեզոք կազմակերպություն, այստեղ ենք, որ օգնենք, որ դա կատարվի մարդասիրական ստանդարտներով, որ հիշեցնենք՝ դա պարտավորություն է:

Բնականաբար, քաղաքական որոշումների ժամկետները և այլն համաձայնեցվում են կողմերի նախաձեռնությամբ, սակայն մեր մասնակցությամբ՝ որպես միջնորդ, եթե տվյալ պարագայում դա նույնպես լինի մեր միջնորդությամբ»,-ասել է Ամատունին ու վստահեցրեց, որ  կողմերի հետ մշտապես կապերի մեջ են՝ տարբեր հարցերով:
