Պետք է ամեն ինչ անել շտկել ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը ռազմաճակատում․ Էդուարդ Շարմազանով

Արցախում ռազմական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ քննարկումները շարունակվում են։ Մամուլում տեղ գտած հրապարակումները իրականությունից այնքան հեռու են՝ ինչքան թուրքերը բարեկրթությունից։ Մեր մասով ինչ գրվել  է՝ բանահյուսություն էլ չի, այլ լկտի սուտ է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։

«Քննարկումներն ընթացքի մեջ են, քաղաքական ուժերն իրենց կարծիքներն են հայտնում։ Երբ վերջնական բան լինի ու հայտարարի գանք, այն ժամանակ էլ կիմանաք մանրամասները։ Բայց քանի դեռ պրոցեսն ավարտված չէ, կոռեկտ չեմ համարում խոսել։ Մի բան փաստ է՝ վիճակը ծանր, օրհասական է, մենք մեր գնահատակնները տվել ենք թե՛ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպմանը, թե՛ կուսակցությունների հետ քննարկումների ժամանակ»,- նշեց ՀՀԿ խոսնակը՝ շեշտելով․

«Յուրաքանչյուր կուսակցություն այս կամ այն հարցի, հայտարարության, գործողության վերաբերյալ կարող է ունենալ իր կարծիքը։ Եթե բոլոր հարցերում բոլոր կուսակցություններն ունենային նույն կարծիքը, ապա բոլորն էլ նույն կուսակցության անդամ կլինեին։ 20-ից ավելի կուսակցություններ քննարկումների մեջ են, երբ քննարկումներն ավարտվեն, դրանից փաստաթուղթ կծնվի, կտեսնեք, թե փաստաթղթում ինչ գնահատականներ կան, եւ ով ինչպես է մտածում»։

Արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀԿ-ի հայտարարությունը, որ պետք է պետական հատուկ մարմին՝ օպերատիվ կառավարման շտաբ ստեղծել, ուժի մեջ է մնում։

«Մենք ասել ենք՝ կոնսոլիդացրեք ազգային ներուժը, պետական գործիչներին, փորձ ունեցող դիվանագետներին, ռազմական գործիչներին, նախկին նախագահներին, վարչապետերին։ Ճիշտ աշխատանանք իրականացրեք բոլոր ուղղություններով Ռուսաստանի՝ փաստացի մեր միակ դաշնակցի հետ, հարաբերություններ զարգացրեք  եւ փորձեք  էդ ամեն ինչը ծառայեցնել ՀՀ-ին ու Արցախին»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը՝ հավելեով, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ շատ բան  կա անելու։

«Շատ բան էլ չի արվել, բայց քանի դեռ մի կողմից ռազմական դրություն է, մյուս կողմից էլ կուսակցությունները քննարկումների մեջ են՝ մանրամասներ հաղորդել չեմ կարող»։

Ամփոփելով զրույցը՝ ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց․

«Պետք է ամեն ինչ անել շտկել ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը ռազմաճակատում, սա է խնդիրը։ Այսօր բոլորիս հայացքներն ուղղված են Արցախ։ Մեր կուսակցության փոխարեն կարող եմ ասել, որ մենք առաջին իսկ օրվանից մեր համեստ ռեսուրսները թե՛ դիվանագիտական, թե՛ ռազմատեխնիկական, թե՛ հումանիտար, թե՛ կամավորական ներդրել ենք ընդհանուր նպատակի համար։ 40-ից ավելի օրերի ընթացքում բացի կոնսոլիդացիայի, համախմբման, բանակին սատար կանգնելու վերաբերյալ կոչերից որեւէ այլ բաներով զբաղված չենք եղել, բայց, այո, իրավիճակը մտահոգիչ է»։
