«Առաջնագծից ու Արցախից հեռախոսազանգերի մասին մի քանի նկատառում»

Ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Առաջնագծից ու Արցախից հեռախոսազանգերի մասին մի քանի նկատառում։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր թշնամու ձեռքում Ղ-Տելեկոմի բազմաթիվ կայաններ են հայտնվել, ինչպես նաև թշնամու տրամադրության տակ եղած հատուկ տեխնիկական միջոցները, պետք է հասկանալ, որ ցանկացած խոսակցություն Արցախի ցանցի ներսում կամ Արցախի ցանցից՝ ՀՀ ցանցեր, կարող է թշնամու կողմից գաղտնալսվել կամ առնվազն գրանցվել զանգի փաստը, ժամանակը, տեղը, որ համարից և որ համարի վրա, ինչպես նաև, թե կոնկրետ որ հեռախոսից է զանգը կատարվել (ամեն հեռախոս ունի ունիկալ IMEI համար, որով միանշանակ իդենտիֆիկացվում է)։

Ինչ է սա նշանակում։

1. Թշնամին կարող է հանգիստ գրանցել հեռախոսների կուտակումներ, մինչև 10–30 մետր ճշտությամբ։ Եթե դա գրանցվում է անսպասելի վայրում, օրինակ՝ ինչ-որ անտառում, ձորակում ևս, դա կարող է նշանակել, որ այնտեղ կուտակում կա մեր կենդանի ուժի, ինչի հետևանքները, կարծում եմ, հասկանում եք։

 

Ըստ այդմ. ջոկատում բոլոր հեռախոսները պետք է միշտ անջատած լինեն։
Կապի դուրս գալու համար պետք է կուտակման տեղից հեռանալ 2–3կմ, նոր զանգել։ Ավելին՝ ցանկալի է, որ 1–2 հեռախոսով զանգերն արվեն, ոչ ավելին։ Ու դա էլ պետք է արվի 2–3 օրը մեկ։

Ընդհանրապես, շատ լավ կլինի, որ մի հոգու զանգեք Երևան, այդ մի հոգին էլ փոխանցի ջոկատի մյուս անդամների բարեկամներին։ Ոչ թե ջոկատի բոլոր անդամները հերթով զանգեն ամեն մեկն իրենց բարեկամներին (այդ դեպքում, պատկերացրեք, օրական 30–40 զանգ կարող է արվել նույն տեղից, այսինքն էլի կասկածելի ակտիվություն է երևալու թշնամուն)։

2. Բաց կապով կարելի է քննարկել միմիայն անձնական հարցեր, խիստ ցանկալի է՝ առանց անուններ նշելու։

3. ՉԻ ԿԱՐԵԼԻ խոսել այն մասին, թե որտեղ եք, չի կարելի խոսել այն մասին, թե ում եք տեսել, ուր եք տեղափոխվել կամ պատրաստվում եք տեղափոխվել։ Չի կարելի խոսել ձեր ջոկատի կորուստների ու վիրավորների մասին։

4. ՄԻՇՏ ՀԻՇԵՔ, որ ըստ էության բաց կապով ցանկացած զանգ ապահով չէ։ Եթե ինչ-որ ֆանտաստիկ զուգադիպությամբ համացանցային կապ կա, ապա կապի համար օգտագործեք Սիգնալ կամ Տելեգրամ։ Բայց էլի, ձեր խոսակցությունը պետք է 2–3 րոպեից ավել չտևի, որովհետև միևնույնն է. հենց միացնեք հեռախոսը, ցանց մտնելու փաստը, տեղը ևն հակառակորդը կարող է գրանցել։

5. Կա միֆ, որ հին՝ «չսմարթֆոն» հեռախոսներն ավելի ապահով են։ Այդպես չէ։ Անվտանգության խնդիրներ ունի հենց բջջային կապի GSM պրոտոկոլը։ Այնպես որ միակ լուծումը հեռախոսն անջատած պահելն է։
