Տարեկան 644 հազարից մինչև 3 միլիոն դրամ՝ բանկային աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

b4b.am կայքը, որը ֆինանսատնտեսական տարաբնույթ նորություններ, վերլուծություններ և վիճակագրություններ է պարունակում, օրերս ներկայացրել է հայաստանյան բանկերի՝ իրենց աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման համար իրականացվող տարեկան ծախսերի նկարագիրը։ Մենք կներկայացնենք միայն առաջին 7 բանկերը՝ ըստ վերապատրաստման համար ծախսվող գումարի նվազման։

Նշենք, որ ուսումնասիրության հիմքում 2016 թ. տվյալներն են։

Ըստ այս ուսումնասիրության՝ նախորդ տարի ամենից շատ վերապատրաստման ծախսեր է ունեցել Մելլաթ բանկը՝ 74 հազար 800 դրամ։ Բանկի՝ վերապատրաստման և ուսուցման ընդհանուր բյուջեն 2016 թ. եղել է 3 միլիոն 700 հազար դրամ։

Երկրորդ տեղում է «HSBC Հայաստան» բանկը։ Այն իր մեկ աշխատակցի վերապատրաստման համար նախորդ տարի նախատեսել էր 63 հազար դրամ։ «HSBC Հայաստան» բանկի աշխատակիցների միջին թվաքանակը 2016 թ. կազմել է 415 մարդ։ Նախորդ տարի աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման և ուսուցման գծով բանկը ծախսել է մոտ 26 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ։

«ԱԿԲԱ–Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ» բանկի՝ մեկ աշխատակցի վերապատրաստման ծախսերը կազմել են 31 հազար դրամ։ 2016 թ. բանկն աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման համար ընդհանուր առմամբ ծախսել է 40 միլիոն 900 հազար դրամ։ Դա նաև կապված է նաև այն հանգամանքով, որ «ԱԿԲԱ–Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ» բանկը Հայաստանում ամենից շատ աշխատակիցներ ունեցող բանկն է՝ 1300–ից ավելի։

«Ինեկոբանկը» իր յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցի վերապատրաստման համար ծախսել է 27 հազար դրամից մի փոքր ավելի գումար՝ 27 հազար 200 դրամ։ Ըստ կայքի ուսումնասիրության՝ «ՊրոԿրեդիտ» բանկը ձեռք բերելուց հետո «Ինեկոբանկի» աշխատողների թվաքանակը աճել է։ Բանկը 2016 թ. ունեցել է 800 աշխատող։ Այն իր աշխատողների վերապատրաստման և ուսուցման գծով ծախսել է 21 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամ։

«Արմսվիսբանկը» յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցի վերապատրաստման համար կարողացել է տրամադրել 22 հազար 600 դրամ։ Տարեկան ծախսը կազմել է 2 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամ։

«Անելիք» բանկի հնարավորությունները էլ ավելի քիչ են՝ 19 հազար 500 դրամ, վերապատրաստման և ուսուցման գծով ծախսերը տարեկան կտրվածքով կազմել են 7 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ, աշխատակիցների թիվը 374 է։

«Պրոմեթեյ» բանկն էլ իր աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման համար կարողացել է տրամադրել 12 հազար դրամ, տարեկան ծախսերը կազմել են 2 միլիոն 900 հազար դրամ, բանկը 200–ից ավելի աշխատակից ունի։

Նշենք նաև, որ աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման վրա ամենից քիչ գումար է ծախսել «Բիբլոս» բանկը, այն է՝ 8 հազար 400 դրամ, տարեկան այդ ծախսերը կազմել են 644 հազար դրամ, բանկում աշխատում է 77 մարդ։
