Դերենիկ Մելիքսեթյանը հետաքրքիր տեղեկություն և վերլուծություն է ներկայացնում թշնամու հետախուզական հնարավորությունների մասին .

«Ադրբեջանը տեսնում է մեր ամեն դիրքն ու շարժը, թե սահմանին, թե թիկունքում։ Ու էստեղ ամենամեծ խնդիրը հետախուզական ԱԹՍ-ները չեն։ Դրանց դեմ պայքարելը հեշտ է։ Ադրբեջանը Երեք սեփական արբանյակ ունի, որոնցից երկուսը կապ են ապահովում, իսկ մեկը հետախուզական է՝ դիտարկում է երկիրը։ Հետախուզական արբանյակը գնել են մեր բարեկամ ֆրանսիական «Էյրբասից»։

Այդ արբանյակի միջոցով նրանք ամեն 2 օրը մեկ կարողանում են նկարահանել մեր ամբողջ երկրի տարածքը 45 աստիճան թեքությամբ, ամեն 7 օրը մեկ 20 աստիճան թեքությամբ և ամեն 26 օրը մեկ անմիջապես մեր գլխավերևից։ Բայց այդ արբանյակը միայնակ չի գործում, պայմանագրի համաձայն այն գործում է «Էյրբասի» մեկ այլ արբանյակի հետ համագործակցությամբ, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս Ադրբեջանին մեր տարածաշրջանի 45 աստիճանով արված լուսանկարներն ստանալ ամեն օր, 20 աստիճանով 4 օրը մեկ և անմիջապես մեր գլխավերևից երկու շաբաթը մեկ։

Ադրբեջանական արբանյակի օպտիկական սարքը բաղկացած է պանկրոմատիկ տիրույթից (0,45-0,75 μմ) եւ չորս բազմատեսակային տիրույթներից՝ կարմիր (0,62–0,69 μմ), կանաչ (0,53–060 μմ), կապույտ (0,45–0,52 μմ) եւ Ինֆրակարմիր (0,76–0,89 μմ), եւ կարող է օրական մինչեւ 3 մլն կմ2 տարածք ստանալ 1,5 մ resolution–ով (1:25 000 մասշտաբի տեղագրական նկարահանումների համար):

Հիմա մի քանի հարց, որ չգիտեմ ում պիտի տամ.

1. Լսել եմ, որ ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին Հայաստանը լազերային ֆիզիկայի առաջամարտիկներից ա եղել, հիմա կան Հայաստանում էնպիսի մասնագետներ, որ կարան հզոր լազերով շարքից հանեն էս սպուտնիկի օպտիկան (Ռուսները, Չինացիք ու Ամերիկացիք տենց պրոեկտներ ունեն)։

2. Մեր ֆրանսիայի սփյուռքը կարա՞ ստիպի Էյրբասին դադարեցնել համագործակցությունն ադրբեջանի հիտ։

3. Մեր հետախուզությունը կարա՞ կազմակերպի, որ խոշոր տեղաշարժերն ու վերախմբավորումներն արվեն էն օրը, երբ մենք Էյրբասի սպուտինկի դիտարկման տարածքում ենք ու Էյրբասի միջոցով ֆեյք նկարներ կերցնի Ադրբեջանին։

4. Ես կարա՞մ սաղ գիշեր անկապ բաների վրա չլռվեմ ու առավոտը սենց բաներ չգրեմ)
