Էրդողանի շուրջ օղակը սեղմվում է. Անկարան՝ նոր խնդիրների առաջ

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանի կայսերապաշտական նկրտումները, կարծես թե, հանգեցրել են մի իրավիճակի, երբ Թուրքիան, ով հանդիսանում է Արցախում ռազմական գործողությունների գլխավոր հրահրողը, կարող է լուրջ պատժամիջոցների տակ հայտնվել: Այդ գործընթացը արդեն իսկ սկսվել է և հետագայում շարունակվելու դեպքում կարող է լրջորեն հարվածել թուրքական պետությանը՝ հատկապես այստեղ առկա տնտեսական անբարենպաստ իրավիճակի ֆոնին: 


Թուրքիայի տնտեսությունը ներկայումս բավական թուլացած է կորոնավիրուսային համավարակով պայմանավորված եւ ունի լուրջ արտարժութային խնդիրներ, որոնք սկսած 2018 թվականից հետապնդում են Էրդողանի ռեժիմին։ Այժմ, կարծես թե, իրավիճակը ավելի է սրվելու Թուրքիայում, քանի որ արաբական պետությունները, ի դեմս Արաբական պետությունների լիգայի, պատրաստում են տնտեսական սանկցիաներ ընդդեմ Անկարայի։ Այս մասին գրում է Al Monitor-ի մեկնաբան Մուստաֆա Սոմնեզը։ «Եգիպտոսը ընդդեմ Թուրքիայի՝ արաբական միասնական քաղաքական գծի առաջամարտիկն է, ինչը ցույց տվեց նաեւ ԱՊԼ վերջին նիստը, որը տեղի ունեցավ սեպտեմբերի իննին։ Իհարկե, դեռ հարց է, թե որքանով արդյունավետ կկարողանան արաբական պետությունները քայլեր ձեռնարկել ընդդեմ Անկարայի, սակայն թուրքական տնտեսությունը հիմա չափազանց խոցելի է, որպեսզի անտեսի կամ դիմակայի լայնածավալ սանկցիաներին»։ 


Կանադան սառեցնում է ռազմական սարքավորումների մատակարարումը Թուրքիային, որոնք, ըստ հաղորդումների, օգտագործվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ: Որոշումը կայացրել է երկրի արտգործնախարար Ֆրանսուա Ֆիլիպ Շամպանը, ով խնդրի շուրջ տարածած հատուկ հայտարարության մեջ նշել է. «Վերջին օրերին որոշ մեղադրանքներ էին հնչում, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում կանադական տեխնոլոգիաներ են կիրառվում:Ես անհապաղ հանձնարարել եմ հետաքննություն սկսել` դրանց իսկությունը պարզելու համար: Եվ հաշվի առնելով, որ բռնությունները շարունակվում են, սառեցրել եմ դրանք Թուրքիա արտահանելու արտոնագիրը, ինչը ժամանակ կտա ավելի մանրամասն քննել այդ հարցը»: 

 


Ավելի վաղ սպառազինությունների վերահսկողությամբ զբաղվող կանադական խմբերից մեկը` Project Ploughshares-ը, հաղորդել էր, թե Ադրբեջանի զինուժի կողմից կիրառվող անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը համալրված են թիրախավորման և նկարահանման համակարգերով, որոնք արտադրում է Կանադայում տեղակայված L3Harris Technologies ընկերությունը: Ընդ որում, ռազմական փորձագետներն այս եզրակացությունն արել էին` ուսումնասիրելով ադրբեջանական զինուժի տարածած պաշտոնական տեսանյութերը: 


Ամերիկյան «Viasat» ընկերությունը վստահեցրել է, որ դադարեցնում է թուրքական «Բայրաքթար» ԱԹՍ–ների համար կապի միջոցների մատակարարումը։ Ընկերության գրասենյակի առաջ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող հայ համայնքի անդամներին այդ մասին հայտնեց ամերիկահայ ակտիվիստ Քրիստինե Հալաջյանը։ Նրա խոսքով` իրենք զրուցել են «Viasat» ընկերության PR մենեջեր Քեն Փեթերմանի հետ, և նա է տեղեկացրել այդ մասին։ 


Ավստրիան նույնպես դադարեցնում է թուրքական «Բայրաքթար» ԱԹՍ–ների համար իր շարժիչների մատակարարումը: Տեղեկությունը հայտնում է ավստրիական Der Standard թերթը։ Այսպիսով, նրանք կատարել են իրենց տերերի՝ կանադական Bombardier ընկերության հանձնարարականը: 

Ֆրանսիան դիտարկում է մի շարք միջոցառումներ կիրառել՝ ի պատասխան Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի՝ ֆրանսիական ապրանքները բոյկոտելու կոչերին, մասնավորապես՝ սահմանափակել թուրքական ապրանքների ներկրումը:
