Մենք պետք է անենք այնպես, որ Ադրբեջանի պահանջը լինի ոչ թե Ղարաբաղի կապիտուլացիան, այլ փոխզիջումը. Փաշինյան

Ադրբեջանը հիմա առավել ևս ոչ թե Ղարաբաղի հարցի կարգավորում է ուզում, այլ ուզում է առնվազն Ղարաբաղի կապիտուլացիա։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Հիմա ես ուզում եմ, որ մենք հստակ պատասխանենք մի հարցի՝ պատրաստ է արդյո՞ք հայ ժողովուրդը փոխզիջումների: Ես կարծում եմ, որ, այո, հայ ժողովուրդը պատրաստ է փոխզիջումների:

Կարող եմ ասել, որ հայ ժողովուրդը պատրաստ է նույնիսկ ցավոտ փոխզիջումների, բայց արդյո՞ք հայ ժողովուրդը պատրաստ է կապիտուլացիայի: Ես կարծում եմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդը որևէ պարագայում պատրաստ չէ կապիտուլացիայի: Հայ ժողովուրդը պետք է ռեսուրսներ գտնի դիմակայելու և իր իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համար»,-ասաց վարչապետը:

Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ մենք պետք է անենք այնպես, որ Ադրբեջանի պահանջը լինի ոչ թե Ղարաբաղի կապիտուլացիան, այլ փոխզիջումը, Բաքվի համար ընդունելի լինի փոխզիջումային տարբերակը:

«Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ չի եղել հիմա առավել ևս պատրաստ չէ փոխզիջումների, ինչն էլ խանգարում է հարցի կարգավորմանը»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
