ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հնդկական WION հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում պարզաբանել է, թե որ կողմն է խախտում հրադադարը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում։

«Սովորաբար, նման դեպքերում ոչ ոք չի ասում՝ այո, այդ ես եմ, որ հրադադարը չեմ պաշտպանել: Բայց ես մի բան եմ հարցնում, ուղղակի եկեք տրամաբանական շղթա կառուցենք: Այն, որ պատերազմն սկսել է Ադրբեջանը, փաստ է: Այն, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից այսօր կռվում են զինված ահաբեկիչներ, փաստ է: Ես չգիտեմ մի դեպք, որ զինված ահաբեկիչները կարող են որևէ տեղ ներգրավվել զինադադարի համար: Եվ երրորդը՝ Թուրքիան, երբ ամեն անգամ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվում հրադադարի վերաբերյալ, հրապարակային  հայտարարում է, որ, իր կարծիքով, Ադրբեջանը չպետք է դադարեցնի մարտական գործողությունները: Այս տրամաբանական շղթան կառուցելով՝ կարելի է շատ հեշտ դուրս բերել, թե ով է, որ չի պահպանում հրադադարի ռեժիմը»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

 

Անդրադառնակով ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտի ահաբեկիչների ներգրավելուն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ խնդրի հետ կապված ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը փոխանցվել է միջազգային գործընկերներին: «Նաև միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներում են եղել հրապարակումներ, որոնք ապացուցում են, որ Սիրիայից ահաբեկիչներ և վարձկաններ մասնակցում են ղարաբաղյան պատերազմին: Եվ նաև միջազգային կառույցները տեղեկացված են։ Արդեն իսկ մի շարք երկրներ պաշտոնապես ընդունել են հակամարտության գոտում ահաբեկիչների և վարձկանների ներկայությունը և անհանգստություն են արտահայտել այս կապակցությամբ: Եվ, իհարկե, միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է այս գործողությունները խստորեն դատապարտի ու կոնկրետ միջոցներ ձեռնարկի ահաբեկիչների ներկայությանը տարածաշրջանում վերջ դնելու համար»,- ասել է վարչապետը:
