Երևանից էլ են մարդկանց տանում մարզեր՝ գրանցելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստին» հասած տեղեկություններով՝ նախընտրական այս օրերին ոչ միայն մարզերից են պոտենցիալ ընտրողներին բերում Երևան՝ գրանցելու համար, այլև Երևանի քաղաքացիներին են առաջարկում գրանցվել մարզերում՝ ընտրական պրոցեսին այնտեղ մասնակցելու համար: Դրա դիմաց գումար են խոստանում:

«Փաստին» տեղեկություն է հասել, որ երևանցիներին նման առաջարկություն է եղել, օրինակ, Արագածոտնի մարզի Թալին քաղաքի նախընտրական շտաբներից մեկից:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային ու վիզաների վարչության պետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանը «Փաստի» հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց. «Իմ կարծիքով ոչ մի արհեստական շարժ չկա: Հաշվառումն այլ է, ընտրողների ցուցակում ընդգրկվելու պրոցեսն այլ է: Իհարկե, եթե ինչ–որ մի կուսակցության շտաբից կփորձեն անձանց շահագրգռել իրենց օգտին քվեարկել, ընդհուպ նաև արհեստական տեղաշարժ կատարելու համար` դա շահագրգռելով ֆինանսապես, դա քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է և թող համապատասխան մարդիկ ենթարկվեն քրեական պատասխանատվության: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է մեր գործառույթներին, մենք կատարում ենք շատ ավելին, քան մեզ վրա դրված է»:

Դիտարկմանը, թե տպավորությունն այն է, որ իրենք շահագրգռված չեն բացահայտել նման դեպքերը, քանի որ հիմնականում իշխանական կուսակցությանն ու թեկնածուներին ձայն տալու համար են նման շարժեր լինում, Բիչախչյանը հայտարարեց. «Ինչի՞ց ենթադրեցիք: Ձեր կարծիքը թյուր է: Եթե անձը դիմում է ներկայացնում, որ ինքը գտնվելու է ընտրության օրն այդ տարածքում, մենք պարտավոր ենք դա ընդունել»:
