ԼՂ հակամարտությունը սկսվել է հայ ժողովրդի դեմ կատարված դաժան հանցագործություններից. Պուտին

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն այսօր անդրադարձել է ԼՂ հակամարտությանը: Նա ընդգծել է` Ռուսաստանի համար Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը հավասար գործընկերներ են, երկուսի հետ էլ իրենք ցանկանում են կառուցել լիարժեք հարաբերություններ:

Պուտինը խոսել է Սումգայիթյան ջարդերի ու հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ դաժանությունների մասին:

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը սկսվել է հայ ժողովրդի դեմ կատարված դաժան հանցագործություններից»,- ասել է նա:

ՌԴ նախագահը նշել է` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի լարումից ի վեր ընդհանուր առմամբ երկու կողմից գրեթե 5 000 զոհ կա: Նա ընդգծել է` ԼՂ խնդրի շուրջ բանակցությունների բոլոր մասնակիցներն անկեղծորեն ձգտում են հասնել կարգավորման, սակայն Ռուսաստանն այս հարցում առավել հետաքրքրված է, քան մյուսները:

Պուտինն ասել է, որ մշտական կապի մեջ է Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հետ, ընդգծել է` օրվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ զրուցում է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ:

«Ռուսաստանը երբեք չի չարաշահել պետությունների, այդ թվում` ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամների, միջև բախումները».- նշել է նա:

ՌԴ նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները կօգնեն ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորմանը:

«Ռուսաստանը Թուրքիայի հետ տարաձայնություններից չի զգուշանում: Անկարան հետաքրքրված է համագործակցության շարունակմամբ»,- ասել է նա` հավելելով, որ իրենք այնպիսի դիրք են ընդունում, որը կօգնի շահել երկու կողմի վստահությունը: 

Անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի` ԼՂ հակամարտությանը միջամտելու դրդապատճառներին` Պուտինը նշել է.

«Չգիտեմ` ինչպես է նա վերաբերվում օսմանյան ժառանգությանը: Դա պետք է իրեն հարցնեք»

Պուտինը նշել է, որ եթե Ղարաբաղի հարցի շուրջ բանակցությունները 30 տարի արդյունք չեն տվել` դա չի նշանակում, որ պետք է սկսել կրակել:
