Բաքուն չլսեց Լավրովին ու Շոյգուին, կլսի՞ Պոմպեոյին

Lragir.am-ը գրում է.  Ըստ տեղեկությունների, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն հոկտեմբերի 23-ին Վաշինգտոնում կհանդիպի Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ: ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունից ռուսական ՏԱՍՍ-ին հրաժարվել են մեկնաբանել այդ փաստը: Եթե այն կայանա, հնարավո՞ր է գնահատել հրադադարի երրորդ՝ ամերիկյան փորձ կամ միջնորդություն: Ինչպես հայտնի է, հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, իսկ 18-ին էլ Ֆրանսիայի նախաձեռնությամբ փորձերը Անկարան ու Բաքուն տապալեցին:

Հոկտեմբերի 9-ի փորձից հետո ռուսական պրոպագանդան հրապարակ բերեց ինքնավստահ «թեզը»՝ չլսեցին Լավրովին, կլսեն Շոյգուին: Շոյգուին էլ չլսեցին: Ավելին, Շոյգուն խոսեց անգամ Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Աքարի հետ, որը հենց ռուսական փորձագիտական շրջանակների հավաստիացմամբ իրեն պահել էր բավական հանդուգն: Դրա մասին հնարավոր էր եզրակացնել նաեւ թուրքական կողմի հաղորդագրությունից, ի տարբերություն ռուսական սուղ պաշտոնական գրության:

Թերեւս Աքարի այդ պահվածքից հետո ռուսական կողմը որոշեց Կոմերսանտի միջոցով հանրայնացնել պատերազմում Թուրքիայի մասնակցության հետախուզական տվյալներ, թե որքան մարդ է ներգրավված, որքան տեխնիկա, ինչպես: Այդ տվյալներում նշվում էր նաեւ, որ հենց Աքարն է սեպտեմբերի 27-ին ժամանել Բաքու եւ ղեկավարել ադրբեջանական գրոհը:

Ակնառու էր, որ ռուսական տվյալների այդ հանրայնացման նպատակը Անկարային ցույց տալն էր, որ Մոսկվան հետեւում է եւ տեղեկացված է, իսկ դա թերեւս նշանակում է, որ այդ տվյալները կարող են նաեւ աշխատել Թուրքիայի դեմ: Բայց Անկարային փաստացի դա էլ չի կանգնեցնում եւ ինչպես Լավրովին, այնպես էլ Շոյգուին թուրքերը չեն լսում:

Կլսե՞ն Պոմպեոյին, որը հոկտեմբերի 12-ից որոշակի աշխուժություն է ցուցաբերում պատերազմի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններում, Թուրքիայի մասնակցության մասին է խոսել, հայտարարել, որ կոչ են անում չանել դա եւ հույս հայտնել, որ հայերը կկարողանան պաշտպանվել ադրբեջանական գրոհներից, մինչ հետո կողմերը կնստեն բանակցության:

 

 

Դեռ այդ առիթով ենթադրեցի, թե արդյո՞ք Պոմպեոն ինչ որ ժամանակ է ակնկալում հայերից, մինչ ԱՄՆ-ն որեւէ նախաձեռնություն հանդես կբերի: Մինչ այդ ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհուրդը քննարկեց հրադադարի եւ վերահսկման մեխանիզմների հարցը՝ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների նախաձեռնությամբ: Պարզ չէ, թե ՄԱԿ ԱԽ ինչ եզրահանգման է եկել, սակայն դրանից առաջ հայտնի դարձավ, որ թե Հայաստանի վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, թե Բաքվի ղեկավար Ալիեւը պատրաստ են Մոսկվայում հանդիպելու Պուտինի առաջարկին:

Լավրովի ու Շոյգուի մոտ չստացվեց Պուտինի նախաձեռնությամբ հրադադարը իրականություն դարձնելը, արդյոք կստացվի Պոմպեոյի մոտ, եւ Ալիեւը Մոսկվա կգնա ավելի շուտ Թրամփից ու Պուտինից, քան Էրդողանից կախված:
