Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությունն արդեն մեծ տառապանքներ է կրել. Ժոզեֆ Բորելի հայտարարությունը

Եվրոպական Միությունը ողջունում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում հումանիտար զինադադար հաստատելու մասին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի որոշումը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ասված է Եվրոպական Միության արտաքին քաղաքական և անվտանգության հարցերով բարձր հանձնակատար Ժոզեֆ Բորելի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:

 

«ԵՄ-ն ցավում է, որ խախտումները շարունակվում են և հաղորդումներ են ստացվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և դրա շուրջ ռազմական գործողությունների շարունակվելու մասին: Դա ավելի շատ տառապանքների է հանգեցնում քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում: Դա խորացնում է հակամարտությունը պետությունների և հասարակությունների միջև՝ ավելի բարդացնելով վերքերի բուժումը: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությունն արդեն մեծ տառապանքներ է կրել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ հակամարտությունը հանգեցրել է շատ և անընդունելի զոհերի քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում»,- նշել է Բորելը՝ շեշտելով, որ ԵՄ-ն որոշիչ կերպով դատապարտում է նման հարձակումները:

 

Նա հավելել է, որ հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ և փոխանցել, որ զինադադարը պետք է լինի անքննարկելի և խստորեն պահպանվի երկու կողմերից: «Ես նաև ընդգծել եմ, որ խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ հարձակումները պետք է անհապաղ դադարեցվեն, դրանք որևէ արդարացում չունեն»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

 

Նա հավելել է, որ ԵՄ-ն պատրաստ է աջակցել կողմերին և ԵԱՀԿ-ին հակամարտության երկարաժամկետ կարգավորման հասնելու հարցում:
