Մոտ է հաղթանակի պահը, որը, ցավոք, նվաճում ենք մեր հարյուրավոր եղբայրների կյանքի գնով. կամավորական Արման Վարդանյան

Արդեն 20 օր է՝ հայ զինվորը, կամավորները, պետական այրերն ու ողջ հայ ժողովուրդը պայքարում են ադրբեջանաթուրքական ագրեսիայի և վարձկան ահաբեկիչների դեմ: Մեզ պարտադրված պատերազմում հայոց բանակը շարունակում է ռազմաճակատում հաղթանակներ կերտել, սակայն այդ հաղթանակները մեզ տրվում են անչափ թանկ՝ մեր հարյուրավոր եղբայրների կյանքի, արյան գնով: Այս ավերիչ պատերազմը օր առաջ կանգնեցնելու համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ռազմաճակատից զատ՝ լիարժեք միասնականություն ապահովել նաև թիկունքում: Այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար կոչ եմ անում անհապաղ ձեռնարկել հետևյալ քայլերը.

1)  Ակտիվ գործածել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում առկա ռազմաարդյունաբերական հիմնարկները, քանի որ հասկանալի չէ՝ որքան  երկար կարող են տևել պատերազմական գործողությունները:

2) Ներգրավվել բոլոր այն անձանց, պետական գործիչներին, ովքեր ակտիվ ներգրավված են եղել Արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացում և կարող են այս փուլում իրենց փորձով և գիտելիքով օգտակար լինել:

3) Բարձր գնահատելով Սփյուռքի ներուժը՝ պետք է քայլեր գործադրել դրա գործունեությունն ավելի համակարգված դարձնելու ուղղությամբ` ի նպաստ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերի:

4) Պայքարն ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնելու նպատակով ներգրավվել Հայաստանից դուրս ճանաչում վայելող պետական, մշակութային, հասարակական գործիչներին:

5) Ստեղծել միասնական բազա, որում ներգրավված կլինեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից դուրս ապրող բոլոր հայամետ գործիչները՝ ակտիվորեն օգտագործելով նրանց ռեսուրսները և կոորդինացնելով նրանց քայլերը:

6) Բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները համաձայնեցնել և կոորդինացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Անկախ Հանրապետության պետական ու ռազմական ղեկավարության հետ:

7) Առավել զարգացնել և ամուր հիմքերի վրա դնել ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ ռազմական համագործակցությունը:

8) Հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը` առաջարկում եմ ստեղծել ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ՄԻԱՍՆԱԿԱՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՃԱԿԱՏ օրհասական նախաձեռնություն, որի առաջնահերթությունն ու կարգախոսը կլինի` «Ամեն ինչ՝ հանուն ռազմաճակատի, ամեն ինչ՝ հանուն հաղթանակի»:

Հ.Գ. Պատրաստակամություն եմ հայտնում աջակցել և միանալ քաղաքական կուսակցությունների և անհատների այն նախաձեռնություններին, որոնք միտված են շուտափույթ խաղաղության և հաղթանակին, միաժամանակ կոչ անելով բոլորին դուրս գալ քաղաքական դիրքավորումներից և գործել որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի:
