ՌԴ-ում Իրանի դեսպան Ղասեմ Ջալալին հայտնել է ԼՂ հակամարտության վերաբերյալ Թեհրանի դիրքորոշման մասին

Մոսկվայում Իրանի դեսպան Ղասեմ Ջալալին «Ինտերֆաքսի» հետ հարցազրույցում հայտնել է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ Թեհրանի դիրքորոշման մասին։

Ստորեւ ներկայացնում ենք հարցազրույցից հատված․

Ինչպիսի՞ն է Իրանի դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ։ Արդյոք իսկապե՞ս պատրաստ եք միջնորդ լինել ՌԴ-ի եւ Թուրքիայի հետ միասին։ Եվ ճի՞շտ է արդյոք, որ Իրանը դժգոհ է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքից։

Առաջին հերթին պետք է ասեմ, որ մենք հանդես ենք գալիս մեր երկու հարեւանների միջեւ խաղաղության օգտին եւ կարծում ենք, որ այս պատերազմը կարող է վնաս հասցնել ինչպես երկու երկրների ժողովուրդներին, այնպես էլ ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի ժողովուրդներին։ Ուստի Իրանը, այս հարցի հանդեպ չեզոքություն պահպանելով, անչափ ակտիվ է աշխատում մեր երկու հարեւանների պատասխանատու անձանց հետ։ Մենք անհրաժեշտ ջանքեր ենք ներդրել՝ նրանց զսպվածության կոչ անելով։ Երկրորդ՝ մենք ողջունում ենք այն նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք կհանգեցնեն երկու երկրների միջեւ փոխզիջման։ Եվ մասնավորապես այն նախաձեռնությունը, որը դրսեւորեց Ռուսաստանը նախագահ Պուտինի միջնորդությամբ, երբ Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի երկու ԱԳ նախարարները եկան Մոսկվա եւ բանակցություններ վարեցին։

Երրորդ պահն այն է, որ մյուս նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք այսպես կամ այնպես կարող են խաղաղության հանգեցնել, մենք նույնպես ողջունում ենք։

Կան տարբեր տարբերակներ․ ոմանք ասում են, որ տեղին կլիներ Իրանի, Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի միջնորդությունը որպես երաշխավոր երկրներ՝ ըստ Աստանայի ձեւաչափի մոդելի։ Կամ այլ մոդելներ․ ենթադրենք ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի եւ Իրանի ու Թուրքիայի միջեւ ինչ-որ համատեղում եւ այլ առաջարկներ։ Այս առաջարկները եւս ենթակա են ուսումնասիրման ու դիտարկման։ Կարծում եմ, որ այդ առաջարկներն, իհարկե, պետք է արդյունավետ լինեն, որ այդ նախաձեռնությունները վերջին հաշվով հանգեցնեն Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ խաղաղության։
