Արցախա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ընթացող թեժ մարտերում արիաբար զոհվել է ջրագնդակի Հայաստանի հավաքականի ներկայացուցիչ Հենրիկ Հակոբյանը, hաղորդում է ֆեդերացիայի մամուլի ծառայությունը:

«Ճանաչեք մեր Հերոսներին: Խորը ցավով հայտնում ենք, որ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան հետ մղելու ընթացքում մեր հերոսների շարքին է միացել նաև ջրագնդակի Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի մարզիկներից մեկը՝ Հակոբյան Հենրիկը։ Լուսավոր, ընկերասեր, խելացի, բոլորին միշտ հասնող երիտասարդ։ Մենք հպարտ ենք, որ քեզ պես հերոս ունենք մեր թիմում։ Մենք բոոլորս պարտական ենք Հենրիկի և իրեն պես հերոս տղաներին։ Հոգիդ հանգչի խաղաղությամբ մեր հերոս Հենրի՜կ»,- ասվում է ֆեդերացիայի ցավակցական ուղերձում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, կոպտորեն խախտելով միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի գործող նորմերը եւ հակամարտության լուծման խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացի տրամաբանությունը, օգտագործելով հրթիռահրետանային միջոցներ եւ ավիացիա, շփման գծի ամբողջ երկայնքով անցել են հարձակման՝ թիրախավորելով Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի մարտական դիրքերը, խաղաղ բնակավայրեր, այդ թվում՝ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը, Շուշին, շրջկենտրոններ: Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին կողմերը համաձայնության են հասել հումանիտար հրադադարի վերաբերյալ, սակայն այն չի պահպանվում։
