Կովկասյան բնիկ ժողովուրդները` ոսկոր Ադրբեջանի կոկորդին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մի քանի օրից լրանում է ապրիլյան պատերազմի մեկ տարին: Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ռազմական ավանտյուրան արժեցավ ոչ միայն հարյուր հայ զինվորի ու մի քանի հարյուր ադրբեջանցի զինվորի կյանք, այլ խլեց բազմաթիվ լեզգինների, թալիշների, թաթերի ու Ադրբեջանում ապրող այլ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչների կյանքեր: Թվում է` պատերազմ է, ամեն ինչ էլ լինում է: Բայց երբ դա կատարվում է կանխամտածված ձևով, դառնում է սպանդ: Իսկ այն, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը կանխամտածված ձևով է երկրում ապրող բնիկ ժողովուրդների զինվորներին ուղարկում առաջնագիծ` որպես թնդանոթի միս, վաղուց հայտնի փաստ է:
Այդ նույն քաղաքականությունն Ադրբեջանը վարել է նաև Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի տարիներին` ամենավտանգավոր դիրքեր ու կռվի օջախներ ուղարկելով հենց լեզգիների, թալիշների, ավարների: Այդ տարիներին էր, որ Դաղստանում ստեղծվեց լեզգիական «Սադվալ» ազգային ազատագրական շարժումը, որի նպատակն էր պաշտպանել լեզգիների շահերը, իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում ստեղծել ազատ Լեզգիստան Ադրբեջանի հյուսիսում: «Սադվալը» իր հիմնական նպատակի մեջ չհաջողեց, թեև կազմակերպությունը մինչ օրս էլ գործում է: Մի քանի ամսով անկախություն կարողացան ձեռք բերել թալիշները` գեներալ Ալիքրամ Գումբաթովի ղեկավարությամբ: Բայց Ադրբեջանին հաջողվեց խեղդել այս պայքարը նույնպես:
Այս ամենը լրացուցիչ ազդակ դարձավ այդ երկրի ղեկավարության համար` ամեն գնով ոչնչացնել ազգային ցանկացած դրսևորում: Ձուլումը կամ ֆիզիկական ոչնչացումը դարձան այն գործիքները, որոնց միջոցով ալիևյան կլանը փորձեց լռեցնել այդ ժողովուրդների ձայնը: Այժմ Ադրբեջանում ազգային փոքրամասնություններին արգելված է խոսել իրենց լեզվով, անգամ բարձրաձայնել իրենց ազգային պատկանելության մասին: «Ադրբեջանում ոտնահարվում են կովկասյան բնիկ բոլոր ժողովուրդների էթնիկական տարրական իրավունքները»,– փաստում է ազգությամբ լեզգի լրագրող, հասարակական գործիչ Միլրադ Ֆատուլաևը:
Հրաշալի գիտակցելով Ադրբեջանի քաղաղաքականության բուն նպատակը` ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին տեղաբնակ ժողովուրդները բողոքի ձայն բարձրացրին: Այդ օրերին Թալիշստանի ազգային հեռուստատեսությամբ եթեր հեռարձակվեց «Սա մեր պատերազմը չէ» հաղորդումը, որի ընթացքում թալիշ ակտիվիստ Զաբիլ Մադոժը բացահայտեց, որ ղարաբաղա–ադրբեջանական առաջնագծում կռվածների մեծ մասը Ադրբեջանի ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչներ էին, ովքեր չէին անցել հատուկ պատրաստություն: Ի նշան բողոքի` լեզգիները փորձեցին երկրի հյուսիսում ապստամբություն բարձրացնել: Բայց այն խեղդվեց հենց օրորոցում` մեկը մյուսի հետևից սկսեցին «մահանալ» լեզգի ակտիվիստները, «Սադվալի» անդամներ: Շատերը ձերբակալվեցին: Նույնը` թալիշների դեպքում:
Պատահական չէ, որ մի քանի ամիս առաջ ՀՀ իշխանություններից քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրեց թալիշ լրագրող, ակտիվիստ Շահին Միրզոևը: Նա Երևանում հայտարարեց. «Ադրբեջանում մոտ 2 մլն թալիշ է ապրում և նրանք, ըստ էության, հայտարարված են պետության թշնամիներ։ Ես իմ ընտանիքով Ադրբեջանից փախել եմ` մահից խուսափելու համար»:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների` ազգային փոքրամասնություններին ոչնչացնելու այս պետական քաղաքականության նպատակն ակնհայտ է` լռեցնել ազգային ինքնության դրսևորման ցանկացած փորձ, որը հետագայում կարող է վերաճել ազգային ապստամբության և հանգեցնել երկրի տրոհման: Ի վերջո, ղարաբաղյան դասը դեռ չեն հասցրել մարսել:
