Արցախում 30-ից ավելի խաղաղ բնակիչ է վիրավորվել. Արցախի ՄԻՊ

Փաստերի տեսանկյունից արդեն հայտնի է, որ այսօր առավոտից Ադրբեջանը լայնածավալ հարձակում է սկսել և՛ առանջագծի երկայնքով, և՛ նաև խորքում գտնվող բազմաթիվ բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ, ծանր հրետանի և օդուժ է կիրառել, հատկապես հարվածային անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր: Այս մասին Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ասաց ԱՀ ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը:

«Դրա հետևանքով բազմաթիվ վնասներ են եղել, առաջին հերթին քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում զոհեր, այս պահին հաստատված երկու զոհ կա, վիրավորների առումով թվերը դեռևս ճշտվում են, բայց տասնյակ վիրավորներ են, այս պահի դրությամբ 30-ից ավելի վիրավորներ կան քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում, բայց կարծում եմ՝ թիվն անընդհատ մեծանելու է: Մեր նախնական տվյալներով՝ ավելի քան 50 բնակավայր թիրախի տակ է եղել Ադրբեջանական հրետակոծությունների և ԱԹՍ-ների հարվածների ժամանակ»,- ասաց Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը:

Արտակ Բեգլարյանի խոսքով`  առնվազն այս պահի դրությամբ մի քանի հարյուր անշարժ գույքի և ենթակառուցվածքների վնասվածքներ կան ամբողջ հանրապետությունում, ներառյալ ճանապարհներ, էլեկտրագծեր, գազի խողովակներ, ջրատար խողովակներ, բավականին շատ բնակարաններ, որոնց հետևանքով էլ քաղաքացիական զոհերն ու վիրավորներն են արձանագրվել, մեքենաներ:

«Սրանք ակնհայտ կերպով ցույց են տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանը նպատակային և հասցեական կերպով թիրախավորել է քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը: Սրանք ռազմական օբյեկտներից բավական մեծ հեռավորության վրա են գտնվում և Ադրբեջանը չի կարող ասել, որ ռազմական օբյեկտներն են թիրախավորել»,- ասաց Արտակ Բեգլարյանը և հավելելով, որ այս փաստերն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնելու են:

Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ի խոսքով` ակնհայտ է, որ նախահարձակ կողմն Ադրբեջանն է եղել, որքան էլ նրան հայտարարեն, որ հակահարձակման են անցել:

Նա նաեւ կոչ արեց միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններին օր առաջ այցելել Արցախ եւ փաստահավաք առաքելություն իրականացնեն եւ միջազգային հանրությանը ցույց տան, թե ինչ է կատարվում իրականում:
