«Ի՞նչ արեցիր, սպանեցիր». ինչո՞ւ ընտանիքի սպանդից փրկվածը խլեց երբեմնի ընկերոջ կյանքը

Yerkir.am-ին նոր՝ ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել այս տարվա փետրվարին Լոռու մարզի Վահագնի գյուղում տեղի ունեցած` Նվեր Քոչինյանի աղմկահարույց սպանության գործի վերաբերյալ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սպանության գործով ներկայումս կալանքի տակ է գտնվում Քոչինյանի մանկության ընկերն ու համագյուղացին՝ Արմեն Կախյանը: Նրա ընտանիքի ողբերգական պատությունը շատերին է հայտնի: Նրա ընտանիքի 7 անդամները, այդ թվում` Արմենի հայրն ու մանկահասակ երեխաները, սպանվել էին 2000-ին՝ վարձու մարդասպանի կողմից: Այս սպանությունը մինչ օրս բացահայտված չէ:

Այդ ժամանակ մամուլում գրվեց, որ սպանության ենթադրյալ պատվիրատուն հեղինակություն համարվող` «Ճաճոյի Էդո» մականունով Էդիկ Մարտիրոսյանն էր, ով էլ սպանվեց 2004-ին: Մարտիրոսյանի սպանության գործով այն ժամանակ կալանավորվեց Կախյանների ընտանիքի սպանդից փրկված Արմեն Կախյանը, որին, սակայն, ամիսներ անց ազատ արձակեցին, քանի որ որևէ ապացույց չկար, որը կփաստեր, որ նա է պատվիրել Էդիկ Մարտիրոսյանի սպանությունը:

Ինչևէ, մեկուկես տասնամյակ առաջ տեղի ունեցած սպանությունը հիշելու առիթ չէր լինի, եթե գործարար Արմեն Կախյանը չհայտնվեր իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Նշենք, որ ներկայումս Նվեր Քոչինյանի սպանության գործը քննվում է Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում: Այս փուլում դատարանը հարցաքննում է գործով անցնող վկաներին: Դատարանում, սակայն, դեռևս ցուցմունք չի տվել այս գործով առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող վկաներից մեկը՝ Բեգո Քոչինյանն, ով էլ եղել է դեպքի ականատեսը:

Համաձայն մեղադրական եզրակացության` Արմեն Կախյանն ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերած ատրճանակով 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին` ժամը 01-ի սահմաններում, Լոռու մարզի Վահագնի գյուղի 1-ին փողոցում, ՌԴ-ում փայտանյութ վաճառելու շուրջ առաջացած տարաձայնությունների պատճառով, կենցաղային հողի վրա վիճաբանել է համագյուղացի Նվեր Քոչինյանի հետ, որի ժամանակ կյանքից ապօրինի զրկելու դիտավորությամբ 1 անգամ կրակել է գլխին և սպանել նրան: Բացի այդ` նրան է մեղսագրվում 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ից մինչև հունիսի 25-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում չպարզված վայրով, առանց սահմանված փաստաթղթերի ՀՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելը: Հիշեցնենք, որ Կախյանը հայտնաբերվել էր Վրաստանում այս տարվա հունիսի 25-ին, նրան ձերբակալել ու տեղափոխել էին Հայաստան:
