Երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 08։30-ի սահմաններում 38-ամյա Օհանջան Մ-ն իր վարած ВАЗ 210130 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Ներքին Շենգավիթ 12 փողոցում վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտն՝ 63-ամյա Արամայիս Վ-ին։ Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, վրաերթի ենթարկվածը ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Երևանի Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները։ Վրաերթի մասին Երևանի ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Արսեն Կարապետյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է ՃՈ հետաքննչական բաժանմունք, որտեղից ժամանել է հերթապահ խումբը՝ բաժանմունքի պետ Խաչիկ Սամվելյանի, ավագ հետաքննիչ Ժիրայր Մարգարյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ավտոմեքենան Ժ. Մարգարյանի որոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է Երևանի ՃՈ պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նույն օրը, ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում Արամայիս Վ-ն, հիվանդանոցում գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է, իսկ Ժ. Մարգարյանի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով և հարուցված քրեական գործը փոխանցվելու է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժին։
