ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտում է կատարել ԱԱԾ-ում

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ձեռնարկված արդյունավետ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համալիր միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակից, ավագ ենթասպա Ա.Թ.-ն, օգտագործելով իր՝ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում ծառայող լինելու հանգամանքը, ներազդելով 6 քաղաքացիների վրա, վերջիններիս մոլորության մեջ գցելով, հավաստիացրել է, որ կարող է ՀՀ ոստիկանության ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայության հաշվառման-քննական ստորաբաժանումներում առանց խոչընդոտների կազմակերպել նրանց կողմից տեսական ու գործնական քննությունները դրական հանձնելու և այդպիսով՝ վարորդական վկայական ստանալու գործընթացը: Ավելին, տեղյակ լինելով վերոնշյալ քաղաքացիներից մեկի՝ ոչ սթափ վարելու և սահմանված արագությունը գերազանցելու համար ՀՀ ոստիկանության ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից տուգանվելու արդյունքում մեկ տարով տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունքից զրկված լինելու կարգավիճակի մասին՝ նա հավաստիացրել է, որ կարող է երկամսյա ժամկետում կազմակերպել վերջինիս կողմից տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունքի զրկման որոշման չեղարկումը։ Սակայն, ի սկզբանե չունենալով նման նպատակ, կաշառք ստանալու պատրվակով 2020 թվականի մարտ ամսվա ընթացքում վերոնշյալ քաղաքացիներից, մեկ միասնական դիտավորությամբ, խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է խոշոր չափերի՝ 1.295.000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչի պատճառով նշված անձինք իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով չեն կարողացել ավարտին հասցնել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության իրավասու պաշտոնատար անձանց կաշառք տալու հանցագործության կատարումը։ Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Քրեադատավարական թույլատրելի գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները և տուժողների ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ: ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կոչ է անում բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր տուժել են ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների կրտսեր պաշտոն զբաղեցնող ծառայողի նույնաբնույթ այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում, հայտնել իրավապահ մարմիններին: Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
