«Ինձ ինչ». Թորոսյանի ցինիկ վերաբերմունքի պատճառով Pfizer-ը հեռացել է Հայաստանից

1or.am-ին սկանդալային մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի և դեղերի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող աշխարհում ամենախոշոր ընկերություններից մեկի՝ Pfizer-ի ներկայացուցչի հանդիպումից:

Ինչպես հաղորդում են Նախագահական նստավայրին մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրները՝ ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հետ բանակցել են Հայաստանում հիմնելու Pfizer-ի մասնաճյուղ, որի արտադրած դեղերը պետք է ծածկեն ԵԱՏՄ շուկան: Միաժամանակ ընկերությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել հիմնել Երևանյան հիվանդության ուսումնասիրության և բուժօգնության կենտրոն, ինչն, ի դեպ, Հայաստանի համար ստրատեգիական հարց է, որովհետև մեր երկրում այդ հիվանդությունը հսկայական տարածվածություն ունի:

Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը Pfizer-ի ներկայացուցչին հորդորում է գալ Հայաստան և սկսել թե դեղագործական արտադրության, թե Երևանյան հիվանդության կենտրոնի կառուցման շուրջ աշխատանքները: Նախագահը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնում կազմակերպել հանդիպում առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի հետ:

Այդ նպատակով Երևան է ժամանում Pfizer-ի պարտնյոր - սենյորը Ռուսաստանում՝ մոսկովյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարը: Նախարար Թորոսյանը այդ ժամանակ եղել է Դիլիջանում, հյուրին ուղեկցում են այնտեղ՝ հանդիպելու նախարարին:

Հյուրանոցի սրահում մոտ մեկ ժամ սպասեցնելուց հետո Թորոսյանը հապշտապ մոտենում է Մոսկվայից ժամանած Pfizer-ի ներկայացուցչին, ոտքի վրա հարցնում է այցի նպատակների մասին, լսելով դեղագործական արտադրության ու կենտրոնի հիմնադրման նպատակների մասին՝ թոթովում է ուսերը և ասում՝ «Ինձ ինչ»... Զարմացած ու զայրացած Pfizer-ի ներկայացուցիչը անմիջապես ընդհատում է խոսակցությունը և հեռանում՝ նույն պահին ընդհատելով համաշխարհային հսկա ընկերության և Հայաստանի միջև կայանալիք խոշոր ծրագրերը:

Ի դեպ, հետաքրքիր է, նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը հետաքրքրվե՞լ է այդ ծրագրի հետագա ճակատագրով և տեղյա՞կ է արդյոք, թե ինչպիսի գորովանքով են գուրգուրում ներդրումները Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում...
