Առաջիկայում ևս սահմանին սադրանքների մեծ ռիսկը կպահպանվի․ Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ իրենց ունեցած տվյալների, տեղեկատվության վերլուծությամբ եկել են այն եզրահանգման, որ «Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է մասշտաբային սադրանքների և իրադրության սրացման»: Այս մասին հայտնել է «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ իրենց ունեցած տվյալների, տեղեկատվության վերլուծությամբ եկել են այն եզրահանգման, որ «Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է մասշտաբային սադրանքների և իրադրության սրացման»:

Նախարար Հասանովը հանձնարարել է ճշտել մարտական հաշվարկներն ու համապատասխան կառույցների միջոցով, սահմանված պլանի համաձայն, պահեստազորային ռեսուրսի հավաքներ և դաշտային ելքեր կազմակերպել:

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարի այս հայտարարություններից երկու հիմնական եզրահանգում կարելի է անել:

Առաջին, անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվական նախապատրաստության միջոցով փորձ է արվում զինված ուժերը նախապատրաստել մարտական գործողությունների (մասշտաբը տարբեր հանգամանքներից է կախված), որի պարագայում արդեն նշանակված են «մեղավորներն» ու «պատերազմի վերսկսման հիմքերը»:

Երկրորդ, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանում և Արցախում վերջին երկու ամսվա ընթացքում և առաջիկա ամիսներին, տարբեր փուլերով, պահեստազորայինների հավաքներ են ընթանում, ՊՆ-ն շրջանառության մեջ դրեց աշխարհազորայինների ստեղծման գաղափարը, խոսվում է պահեստազորայիների հավաքները որակապես նոր մակարդակի հասցնելու մասին, Ադրբեջանն ի պատասխան փորձում է համարժեք գործողությունների ֆոն կամ տպավորությունը ստեղծել:

Ճիշտ է՝ այս ընթացքում թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորքերը տարբեր օղակների մասնակցության, տարբեր մասշտաբների համատեղ զորավարժություններ, մարտավարական պարապունքներ իրականացրեցին, սակայն դիվանագիտական առումով, Ադրբեջանը խնդիր ունի նախապես Հայաստանին ագրեսոր «նշանակելու», որպեսզի հնարավոր ռազմական գործողություններ հրահրելիս տեղեկատվական առումով մեկնարկային առավելություն ապահովի:

Ինչևէ, ստեղծված իրադրությունն ու Ադրբեջանից հնչող հայտարարությունները հուշում են, որ առաջիկայում ևս սահմանին սադրանքների մեծ ռիսկը կպահպանվի»:
