Հայաստանում նոր որակի իշխանության ձևավորումն այլընտրանք չունի:Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՅԴ ԳՄ անդամ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը:

«Այսօր «Արամ Մանուկյան» կենտրոնում, ՀՅ Դաշնակցության Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնի նախաձեռնությամբ, տեղի է ունեցել կուսակցության մարզային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն:

Օրակարգում երկրի ներքին և արտաքին մարտահրավերներն էին, քաղաքական իշխանության գործունեության գնահատականը և Դաշնակցության առաջիկա անելիքները:

Քննարկումների արդյունքում կատարվեցին հետևյալ հաստատումները.

Տարածաշրջանային ահագնացող սպառնալիքներին զուգընթաց, երկիրը կանգնած է արտաքին քաղաքական մեկուսացման վտանգի առջև: Արցախյան բանակցային գործընթացում հստակ ռազմավարության բացակայությունը, ինչպես նաև մարտավարական ձախողումները, ներազգային համերաշխության և համախմբման դեմ կատարվող գործընթացները թուլացնում են հայկական կողմերի դիրքերը և մեծացնում պատերազմի սպառնալիքը:

Հասարակական հարաբերություններում խորանում է անհանդուրժողականության, ատելության ու թշնամանքի մթնոլորտը: Նսեմացվում են ազգային և ավանդական արժեքներն ու ինստիտուտները:

Կասեցվել է երկրի զարգացման ընթացքը: Տնտեսությունն անկում է ապրում, չկան նոր ներդրումներ, ավելանում են գործազրկությունն ու աղքատությունը:

Սոցիալական, առողջապահական, կրթական և մշակույթի ոլորտներում իրականացվող քաղաքականությունը լիովին ձախողված է:

Ձևախեղվում է խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգը, հաստատվում է անձնիշխանություն: Մերժված արատներն ու բարքեր նոր դրսևորումներ են ստանում։ Մեկ անձի ձեռքում է կենտրոնացվում օրենսդիր, գործադիր և դատական իշխանությունը։

Կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի հակաճգնաժամային կառավարման ձախողումն առավել ակնառու դարձրեց պետության կառավարման հարցում վարչախմբի անկարողությունը։

Ներկայիս Ազգային ժողովը, որպես առաջնային պատասխանատու քաղաքական մարմին, այլևս չի արտահայտում ժողովրդային լայն զանգվածների տրամադրություններն ու քաղաքական ուժերի իրական հարաբերակցությունը, կորցրել է ներկայացուցչական մարմնին հատուկ դերակատարությունը և ի վիճակի չէ լուծել առկա մարտահրավերները:

Ելնելով խորհրդակցության արդյունքներից` ՀՅ Դաշնակցության Գերագույն մարմինը վերահաստատեց.

Հայաստանում նոր որակի իշխանության ձևավորումն այլընտրանք չունի:

Նոր իշխանության առաջնահերթ խնդիրները պետք է լինեն ներազգային համերաշխության հաստատումը, առկա ճգնաժամի հաղթահարումը և ազգային ուղեգծով երկրի զարգացման ապահովումը:

Հանրության լայն շրջանակների ընդգրկմամբ` անհրաժեշտ է նոր թափ հաղորդել այս նպատակն ապահովող քաղաքական աշխատանքներին»:
